Horizons left a mess after finishing their work. My gutters were clogged with roofing nails, staples, and pieces of old shingle. My attic has multiple pieces of old shingle hanging from rafters and on the insulation. There is damage to my gutter that they argued was not caused by them and claimed their ladder was never in that position until I showed them a photo of the ladder in the exact spot the damage is and even after seeing the photo claimed that because ladder guards were in place it couldn't have been them despite the ladder leaning on the gutter. After working for half a day they left at one point and there was a large chunk of shingle in my bushes. I'm still finding nails and staples around my home.

Hi Nicholas, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We cleaned the property after the roof was stripped, but before the project was fully completed we overlooked checking and cleaning the gutters a second time. We acknowledge that this was an oversight on our part. Before we had the opportunity to respond to your email and correct it, you had already cleaned the gutters yourself, and we apologize for that. While we make every effort to leave every property as clean as possible, it is not uncommon to find the occasional roofing nail or staple after a roofing project despite using magnetic sweepers and performing a thorough cleanup. Had we been given the opportunity, we would have gladly returned to do another sweep. Regarding the attic, during the removal of an old roof there is unfortunately no practical way to completely prevent small pieces of old shingles and debris from entering the attic through gaps in the roof decking. While we do our best to minimize this, some debris is a normal part of the tear-off process. Regarding the gutter damage, we respectfully disagree that our crew caused it. We use ladder guards to help protect gutters, and after reviewing the photos provided, we were unable to determine that our work caused the damage. We understand your frustration and regret that this oversight affected your experience. We take pride in our work and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes to ensure future customers receive the best possible service.

This review has nothing to do with their work, it has to do with their 'strange' communication 'skills.' I filled out the online form, a quote was sent to my email, a quote I guess generated from my online description, nobody seemed to want …

We had a new metal roof installed, and we are very happy with the finished result. The crew was professional, friendly, respectful, and always showed up when they said they would. They took the time to answer our questions and were courteous throughout the entire project. Communication was excellent. After the initial installation, we had some concerns about the appearance in an area. We brought this up, and they responded promptly. They listened to our concerns, fixed the issue without any hassle, and made sure we were satisfied with the final appearance. What stood out most was their willingness to stand behind their work and make things right. That level of customer service gave us confidence that they genuinely care about their customers. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional roofing company.

Horizons did an incredible job on our roof last summer, which is not a straightforward design. They are really nice guys, very professional and take pride in their work, which really shows. They sourced the materials locally and made sure to keep the job site clean of debris as much as possible, which was appreciated. We were a bit nervous investing in a metal roof and wanted to find a reliable company but didn't know where to start. Horizons was recommended to us by a construction company that is highly regarded and they did not disappoint! They did a stellar job!

We are so pleased with the job Horizons did for us. They were very friendly and professional. There was a bit of a wait but that's to be expected especially with the wet weather we've had. If you're thinking about a roof get on their list sooner rather than later! Just an FYI, they like cookies 🍪 …

Horizon Roofing did the most beautiful job on our roof!!! We live right on the ocean and deal with intense winds and rains, and they tarred down every shingle, and the peaks are done to perfection! Their aluminum work is a masterwork as …
