Make sure you get yourself a couple of options if you're in a pinch! After discovering a couple of roof leaks and rot in October, I had been calling around looking for help in hopes to have a fix before the cold and snow set in. I connected with High Tide Roofing and was told no problem, the next nice day we will come by. I was relieved! Time came and went, I called back and was told I had been forgotten. The owner promptly came, had a look and said that it will likely be a quick fix with the dormer flashing. They would get me into the schedule and send me a quote. I was relieved again and have given an extra star for being honest and prompt! Some time later I got an email and they stated "Our schedule is quite booked with full roofs. We WERE going to try and fit you in, BUT this seems to be a bit more of a simple repair. Sorry for the inconvenience." They did not follow up on my emails, calls and messages. A "simple fix" that I had hoped with the right guys, materials and knowledge would have made a prompt repair. I feel I was strung along and then left in a lurch! I could have kept looking for help or taken time off work and tried to fix it myself if I had only been told up front. Too late now!! I did some caulking and plastic to help divert any leaks until spring. Integrity is very important to me. A simple call to explain things would have helped. It would have ended there. The lack of effort in follow up has left me very disappointed and has prompted me to leave this review. Have to take the good with the bad as it is not always roses! To me it seems like you need to have a big payout job to qualify for help from High Tide Roofing. Simple fixes are not their style. May 15th, 2025 I still have all phone records and emails that I can share. Started October 17, 2023 and ended Dec 5th. I still need the final repair. If you would like to make it right, I can revise my review. Let me know and I will call. Earl.

Contacted Larry looking for a quote to install a metal roof on my house, he was prompt and was out a couple hours later and gave me an extremely reasonable price. We agreed and he ordered everything I needed and sent his crew out the very …

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on HIGH TIDE ROOFING. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
