  Good afternoon, I wanted to follow up on our roofing project. The job is now finished, and the final permit has been approved. We are very happy with the work completed by the roofing crews. The first crew handled the tear-off and replaced the damaged trusses and roof decking, and they worked long hours to make sure everything was done right. They were professional, polite, and very thorough from start to finish. The fire barrier and waterproof underlayment were installed quickly the next day, and the sheet metal work also turned out excellent. We especially appreciated Randall for his hard work and strong attention to detail. It is not often you see that level of care, especially when someone is handling so much on their own. His craftsmanship really stood out. Thomas was also outstanding. He answered my questions quickly, explained each step clearly, and made sure I understood the process as the roofing work moved along. He checked in at our home regularly and kept everything on track. Julian was great to work with as well. We appreciated the time spent reviewing our roofing options and explaining the best path for our home. He was informative, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with throughout the project. Overall, the entire experience went beyond our expectations. We now have a durable, well-built roof that looks great and gives us real peace of mind. The crew delivered a professional roofing job with quality materials, solid communication, and excellent workmanship. We truly appreciate the care and effort that went into this project.

  We needed the small flat roof section on our home replaced so our insurance would stay active. Many bigger roofing companies did not want to take on a small roofing job, but Thomas Family Roofers came out the same day and gave us a clear estimate. Just a couple of days later, Randall and the crew arrived in Fenton and replaced the full flat roof in one day. The price was very fair, and the whole roofing process was smooth and professional. I also asked if we should replace the rest of the roof, and they honestly explained that it still had several good years left and showed no signs of leaks or major wear.   After an F-1 tornado caused major damage to our warehouse, including the roofing system, awning, metal trim, paint, and vinyl gate, we spoke with several contractors before choosing company: Thomas Family Roofers in Fenton. A lot of other roofers seemed more focused on sales talk and deductibles than actually checking the storm damage. Malachi took a much better approach from the start. The first thing Malachi did was perform a full inspection of the building, including getting up on the roof to document the visible damage with detailed photos. After that, he sat down with us and clearly explained what he found, what repairs were needed, and how the whole roofing and insurance process would move forward. It felt honest, professional, and focused on building trust instead of pushing a hard sale. He also explained how the team would work with vendors, subcontractors, and the insurance adjuster so every part of the storm damage would be properly documented and supported. That made a big difference to us. Once the claim process started, Malachi stayed as our main point of contact and was always available when we had questions about the roof work, exterior repairs, or claim details. There were several times when parts of the claim were not approved at first, but Malachi stayed persistent. He came back out, documented everything again, added more photos and details, and helped resubmit the information. In the end, the denied items were accepted, including major exterior repainting that had previously been rejected. His experience with storm damage claims and commercial roofing repair really showed throughout the process. Once the scope of work was approved, everything moved in an organized and professional way. He kept us updated on scheduling, repairs, and completion of each phase, and made sure the roofing and exterior work was done the right way.   I found a roof leak in a room of my newly remodeled home, and Brantley was at my door within hours to inspect and troubleshoot the problem. This was my first roof from the previous homeowner, and based on Brantley’s careful review of the shingles, flashing, and overall roof condition, it has held up very well and still has plenty of life left. His honesty, clear explanation, and attention to detail really stood out. He quickly found the issue, explained the needed repair in simple terms, and took care of it right away.   We’re very happy with our new aluminum roof and the whole roofing project. It should handle Missouri heat, heavy rain, strong wind, and changing weather for many years. The roofing crew installed snow guards to help control sliding snow and improve safety in winter. The roof looks great, and the new aluminum shingles on the dormers really improved the overall appearance of the house. We had several shingle color options and picked a gunflint shade, which has a nice slate-style texture embossed into the metal for added curb appeal and solid water runoff performance. Julian, Randall, and Malachi did a careful job with the installation. The crew updated the chimney area and vent caps, added a ridge vent, and installed soffit vents to improve attic airflow. They also removed and reinstalled the gutters so the drip edge flashing and shingles could be fitted the right way. Everything was secured with screws, and the team followed strong roof safety practices during the install. We are very pleased with the finished roof. It adds long-term value to the home, looks attractive, and should last a very long time, even with solar panels already installed.   We recently had our roof replaced because it was getting old, and our neighbor had their roofing project done at the same time. The whole experience was excellent, and the new roof looks beautiful. The roofing crew showed up right on time, and within minutes they were already up there removing the old shingles and getting the job moving. A little later, the supervisor julian arrived and took time to go over all of our questions and concerns. he was very helpful, easy to talk to, and explained the roofing process in simple terms. It was clear he cared about the quality of the work and wanted everything done the right way. We saw him several times during the day checking on the crew, making sure the installation stayed on track, and even helping out when needed.
