  Two months ago I called about a leak in my roof. Understandably , they were busy and told me they’d get back to me in two weeks to schedule something. A month went by and I didn’t hear back, but I wanted to stick with them because I’ve heard good things. I call back, explain that I never heard anything from them, and was apologized to profusely. Said they’d be by in a week but wouldn’t give me an exact date. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything. Meanwhile my roof continues to leak. I’m sure they’re good when they’re working on your house but I’m incredibly frustrated at their inability to plan/schedule. I’d rather they just have told me they were too busy. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  We have met with and have responded to each of this customer's concerns and many of which were not roof related or related to our workmanship. There were not any missing shingles as stated and the concerns ended up being siding and gutter related issues. We do not do gutter or siding work and we did not install, remove, or alter the gutters or siding in any way. Any of those concerns should be handled by a gutter and siding professional. When changes are made to a 100 year old home, it can expose other pre-existing flaws, as the new components will stand out against the old. We greatly appreciate your referrals and we want this customer to be satisfied with our work as well as all of the other customers you have sent our way, but it is unfair for them to continue finding concerns on a home that is 100 years old and calling it roof related. We hope you understand our efforts in trying to satisfy a customer that has an older home with other exterior issues going on.

  Excellent! The owner himself did an inspection, walked us through the options, employed one hard working crew to get it all done and then left the place very clean afterwards. I would definitely hire these guys to do another roof and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and everyone else.

There is no substitute for this, and therefore zero misunderstandings. We would not hesitate to provide personal references.
