  Drivers of their transit vans are on 77N putting lives in danger. Unprofessional and dangerous to be cutting people off in traffic on the highway. Stay far away from these dangerous careless individuals.

  We had JR come out for a roofing estimate and he was great to work with. He took the time to actually walk us through what was going on with our roof, what our options were, and why he was recommending what he recommended — no confusing jargon, no pressure. You could tell he knew the business inside and out. Made the whole process way less stressful. Would definitely ask for him again.

  JR was great. Had him replace my mother’s windows. He was attentive and patient with my elderly mom. Kind and Timely service. Great price point

  The Third Estimate and Team did a splendid job on my roof project in Rocky River. I have now used their company on four roof projects and a few window and siding projects. Peter has been a great to work with on every project. He keeps timeline and always treats me fair on overall cost to keep budget.
