Donovan replaced my mother’s leaking flat roof, and the whole experience was excellent. I rarely leave reviews, but he really stood out from the other roofing contractors I spoke with. After getting several estimates and doing a lot of research, his roofing knowledge, honest advice, and straightforward approach gave us the most confidence. He provided a clear and detailed estimate, explained the flat roof repair and replacement process in simple terms, and stayed responsive from start to finish. His crew was professional, efficient, and did quality roofing work without any hassle. The new roof looks great, and we feel much better knowing the leak issue was handled the right way. I’m very happy with the service and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing flat roof work or general roofing services.

After wind damage to our roof, we first called another roofing company for an estimate, but the price was way too high compared with what the insurance adjuster said for the minor roof damage. They also were not helpful with the claim and would not return calls from the insurance company. My father in law has some roofing experience, and he agreed that estimate was not reasonable. We then contacted The Roofing Experts Lennox, and it turned out to be a great choice. Their roof quote matched much better with the insurance scope, and tristan, who came out to inspect the roof, was polite, honest, and easy to talk to. He explained the shingle damage clearly, answered our questions, and even helped with a temporary repair to a problem area to help stop leaks until the full roofing work could be scheduled. Even though they were busy, the communication was professional and the customer care was excellent. i really appreciated how helpful and respectful they were, and jacob also followed up to make sure everything was understood. The whole experience felt much more trustworthy, smooth, and customer focused. i’m very glad we chose them, and clinton made us feel confident our roof was in good hands.

Clinton handled my roofing project and did an excellent job. Clinton and the crew were professional, easy to talk with, and answered all my questions clearly. They completed the roof work quickly without cutting corners, and the finished result looked solid and clean. Later on, when another exterior project exposed some wood rot along the fascia near the roofline, I needed it repaired right away so the rest of the work could keep moving. I reached out again, and Clinton made time to help even with a busy schedule. He and the team, including Jordan, took care of the damaged fascia and replaced what was needed in just a few hours. Their quick response, strong workmanship, and knowledge of roofing and roof edge repairs really helped me avoid delays. It is hard to find a roofer in Lennox, CA who is this dependable, responsive, and skilled. I have nothing but praise for the team and would gladly recommend them for roofing, fascia repair, and related exterior work.

i went through at least four different roofing companies with no real help before i found The Roofing Experts Lennox. i was trying to get my roof repaired after my insurance would not approve the work, and then i noticed a flyer at my door. i called and spoke with tristan, who was awesome, easy to talk to, and really knew roofing and the claims process. he took the time to explain the condition of the shingles, what needed attention on the roof deck, and how a full roof replacement would be the better long-term fix. from the first call to the final cleanup, everything felt organized and professional. everyone was courteous, friendly, and made me feel at ease during the whole project. the crew worked carefully, kept the property clean, and made sure the new roof looked solid and well finished. i am very grateful for how hard tristan worked to help me get my roof replaced and move the job forward without extra stress.

I first had a hard time getting a roofing estimate scheduled and there was some confusion on the appointment day. Later that evening, Donovan called me back, explained that several jobsite issues delayed him, and apologized for missing the visit. Soon after, he came out to the property in Lennox, inspected the roof, and secured the active leak with a tarp to help prevent more water from getting in. He also sent over an estimate that looked fair for the roof repair work. Because roofing crews can get backed up during busy seasons in California, I appreciated that they still made the effort to respond, check the damage, and put a temporary cover in place right away. That quick leak protection gave me more confidence while I wait for the full repair to be completed. Based on the service so far, I feel better about the experience and would rate The Roofing Experts Lennox much higher now. I plan to update my feedback again once the roofing job is fully finished.

Amazing customer service and professionalism. After a bad wind storm moved through lennox, i reached out to jordan to have the roof checked for damage. he arrived within 30 minutes and walked the property to inspect the roofing and siding. After finding a missing shingle and a few more that needed replacement, he showed me clear photos of the problem areas and explained the next steps in simple terms. jordan kept me updated each day about when he would return to complete the roof repair. Within 2 business days, jordan and the crew installed the new shingles and made sure everything looked solid and secure. The whole process was smooth, fast, and well organized. great communication, honest service, and excellent roofing work. i would give 10 stars if i could.

Recently our living room window started leaking like a small waterfall, so i was far from calm. We needed a tear-off and roofing repair over our wraparound porch, and i reached out to a few roofers for estimates. jordan came out within a couple of days, was very professional and knowledgeable, and really listened to what our roof needed instead of pushing extra work. Other contractors kept suggesting a full roof replacement and an insurance claim, but that was not necessary for us right now. Their pricing was competitive, and the crew arrived on schedule once the work was booked. Since roofing timelines can shift a little with normal weather, that was completely reasonable. The team was polite, respectful of our neighbors, and kept the job site organized. I checked the work throughout different stages, and everything showed solid roofing workmanship and attention to detail. The finished repair looked even better than i expected. They added clean flashing details for extra protection, handled the porch roof carefully, and took care of a detail many roofers miss by removing all debris thoroughly. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and professional. I definitely recommend them and will be calling them again for any future roofing work in Lennox.

I had a very good experience with my roof replacement in Lennox. The roofing materials arrived ahead of the job, and when the weather shifted, the installation was simply moved to the next clear day with good communication the whole time. The crew started early and worked hard throughout the day. They did a solid job preparing the roof deck and installing the new fiberglass shingles with care and attention to detail. They came back the next morning to finish the remaining work, and everything was completed quickly and professionally. The job site was left very clean when the roofing work was done, which I really appreciated. Frederick, the foreman, was helpful, explained each step of the process, and made sure I understood what was happening during the installation. He also went out of his way to help remove some extra debris, which was a nice touch. Since the roof replacement, we have had some steady rain, and the new roof has performed great with no leaks at all. The finished roof looks excellent, and the whole process, from the first meeting through the final install, was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing roofing services or a full roof replacement.

We are extremely happy with the roofing service we received from Jordan and his skilled three-man crew at The Roofing Experts Lennox. From the first inspection to finding the source of the roof leak and setting up the repair, the whole process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. Frederick, the owner, came out to my home more than once after the contractor for my second-story addition asked him to check a roof leak and see what repair would work best. The roof was older and had a lower-than-normal slope, which made that section more likely to let water in during heavy rain and wind. After looking it over carefully, Frederick tried repairs that helped for a while, but we eventually agreed that replacing that section of roofing was the better long-term fix. The work has now been completed, and I am very happy with the whole experience. Frederick was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He gave a practical and cost-conscious recommendation for the low-slope roof area, and his estimate was fair. Even though this was a smaller roofing job, he was able to get it on the schedule quickly, which I really appreciated. His crew arrived right on time and handled the tear-off and replacement in an organized way. I have had roofing work done before where shingles and roofing debris ended up all over the property, but this crew kept everything well contained and did a solid cleanup afterward. When I noticed a few bent nails, Frederick returned with a rolling magnet and checked the yard again, which showed real care for the job and for my property. I also have a semi in-ground pool with a vinyl liner close to the house, so I expected at least some roofing scraps or nails to end up in or around it. I was especially impressed that there was no debris floating in the pool and no nails at the bottom either, only a little extra dirt in the skimmer. That level of attention during roof replacement really stood out. The new roof section is not easy for me to inspect from the ground, but everything about the process gave me confidence in the workmanship. From the inspection and leak diagnosis to the replacement and cleanup, the service was handled very well. Based on how smoothly everything went, I would definitely use them again for future roofing work.

This review reflects how much Tristan helped us through the roofing job and really showed up for the customer. Without him, I probably would have rated the roofing service lower because the project timeline felt longer than expected, but he stayed involved, communicated well, and made sure everything came together right. In the end, the finished tile roof looks excellent, and the pricing felt fair for the level of roofing workmanship we received. We have gotten a lot of compliments on our roof from neighbors, and even more meaningful feedback from gutter crews and exterior cleaning teams who work around many roofs and can spot quality right away. Up close, they noticed the strong roofing details, clean installation, and solid finish on our tile roof. The whole roof has really improved the look of our home, and it feels like durable, professional work that will hold up well in the Lennox heat and sun. Tristan did a great job and truly deserves recognition for the way he handled the project.

first time i've ever written a review for anything. i had a roof leak, and 4 different roofing companies came out to inspect it, but none of them could find the source. then i called company: The Roofing Experts Lennox for a separate gutter problem. clinton came out to check the gutter system, and i also mentioned the roof issue. he got up on the roof, took a photo of what he believed was causing the leak, explained it in simple terms, and sealed the problem area with caulk. he did not charge me anything for those 15 minutes of extra roof repair work, which really showed honesty and care. since then, the roof has not leaked at all, even during hot weather and normal rain. i was also very satisfied with the gutter work, the cleanup, and the overall roofing service.
