  I just had a new shingle roof put on by Prime Inglewood Roofing, and i can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. arthur helped me through the roofing process, was very professional and polite, and explained each step in simple terms so i always knew what was happening. I was dealing with a tight insurance deadline, and he made sure the roof installation was scheduled quickly and completed within about two weeks. He really went above and beyond to help with my situation, and I truly appreciated the extra care and attention. The crew did excellent work, kept the job site clean, and made sure the new shingles and roofing details looked solid and finished right for the Inglewood area.   manuel, the project manager, really knows roofing inside and out and goes above and beyond to help. after we had some storm damage, he carefully checked out our roof and clearly explained everything to our insurance company. he made sure to be present during all the inspections, and even met the adjuster at our home in inglewood to go over the details. what impressed me most was that he even drove out with us to a second location to help look at another barn roof, just to make sure nothing was missed. manuel walked the roofs with the adjuster, making sure every bit of the damage was documented. he was very patient while we waited for the perfect day (i was picky about when to install the asphalt shingles because of the california sun), and when the crew came to work, he was there the whole time, keeping an eye on everything. there was a tricky attic window that got broken by accident, but manuel made sure the team came back within a couple of days to replace it, even though it was hard to reach. throughout the job, he was more than just a professional—he felt like a friend. the new roof looks fantastic and has held up great through all the rain we’ve had. i definitely recommend manuel and this roofing team to anyone in inglewood looking for quality work. pewter shingles look amazing!
