  I had a really frustrating experience with Inglewood Roofing Pro. They completely wasted my time and my entire morning. I scheduled time for them, adjusted my day, and was ready for the appointment, only for things to fall apart on their end. Poor communication, lack of follow-through, and zero respect for my time. No clear updates, no accountability, just left hanging. If you’re running a business, basic professionalism is not optional. People have schedules, and this felt careless and disorganized. I can’t speak to their actual roofing work because they never got that far, but based on the experience alone, I wouldn’t rely on them again. This place feels like a call service that deals with a group of contractors.

  we hired a roofing contractor to fix a roof leak around our chimney after seeing strong online reviews. they completed the first repair and it improved the problem, then came back to do more chimney flashing and roof leak work to make sure the issue was fully solved. damon followed up personally and returned again to check everything during heavy rain so he could confirm the roof repair was holding properly. roof leaks around a chimney can be tricky to track down, but the crew stayed with it and made sure the problem was handled the right way. we really appreciated their persistence, communication, and attention to detail. the project took a little time to fully finish, but it was clear they cared more about doing solid roofing work than rushing the job. in a place like inglewood, where roofs deal with strong sun and seasonal rain, it matters to have a roofer who takes leak repair seriously. we would gladly use them again for roofing services and highly recommend them.

  We have lived in our partially flat-roof home for many years, and this is the third roof installation we have needed. We are very happy with the roofing work and would gladly recommend this team to our neighbors in Inglewood. The estimator and crew supervisors, Damon and Joe, were knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and clearly understood flat roofing, fascia metal, and the overall scope of the job. The whole roofing crew was polite, hardworking, organized, and kept the property neat throughout the project. We also added extra sheet metal work for the fascia, and even though it took longer than expected, everything was completed professionally with no added charge beyond the estimate. They also handled some dry rot replacement at a fair price, and the repairs were done well. This was a challenging roof, but the crew showed real skill and experience, and the finished result looks solid and well built for the warm Southern California conditions. I really feel they got it right.

The price was fair, but what stood out more was the strong planning, clear communication, and how well the crew handled a tight weather window. I had an old roof with several layers of composite shingles built up over time, so it was a big tear-off with a lot of heavy material to remove. The roofing crew showed up ready to work, brought enough people to keep the project moving, and managed the full removal and installation in the one dry stretch available. They sealed everything up the same day, which gave me a lot of confidence that the home was protected. The team worked hard, stayed organized, and still paid attention to the details of the roof system. Even with all the activity, they cleaned up so well that you could hardly tell such a major roofing job had just been completed. Because the leak path was not obvious, Taylor explained that water can travel under roofing layers and suggested checking moisture during rain to help track the source before any major repair. After watching it for a while, I had them return to review everything again. They were patient, honest, and never pushed extra work. They focused on finding the real cause of the leak and explaining the best roofing options in simple terms. In the end, I decided to remove the deck boards and the old membrane on the flat roof area and replace it with a more durable waterproof deck system. The whole job was handled exactly as promised. The crew was fast, skilled, friendly, professional, and on time. They kept me informed through each step, from tear-off to repairs and new surface installation. Once the deck was opened up, they found several hidden spots where water had been slowly causing damage below the surface. Each area was repaired with great care and solid workmanship. I was especially impressed by how smoothly the removal, repair, and reassembly work was coordinated. The timing between the different parts of the project was excellent, and everything came together well. The finished roof and deck area look great, and most importantly, the leak issue was properly solved.
