  I contracted the roofing company 2 years ago to do work on my house for an insurance claim. I should estate that I have known the owner of this company for more than 40 years and used to be good friends with him, however this job has changed that. During the beginning of this project he did everything as requested including holding off on a portion of the project for a planned remodel. He was paid in full for the job He did return to finish the roof after the remodel was completed but he owed me gutters to finish the work. I have called dozens if not hundreds of times to discuss the work he owed me and he never called back. I mentioned to him that I would seek legal counsel if he did not call me back which prompted him to text me back but when I requested a call he never returned it. I let him know that he owed me work but he wanted to send a crew when I was trying to request the $1800 he had been paid since I had already paid to have the work done by another contractor. I would caution anyone who is considering doing business with this company since they don’t mind ruining 40+ year old friendships over $1800 I can’t imagine what they would do to a total stranger.

  They put a new roof on my house. Walked to the other part of my room and saw the roof collapsed I called them to have some one come out to look they promised to have some one come back to fix it with in 24-72 hours no one showed up! Now it's raining!

  Do not use this company. The owner, Christopher Snider, is a smooth talker. He will tell you what you want to hear, do the job as fast as possible, take your money, and then vanish. If you have any problems afterwards, you won't be able to get ahold of him. He won't respond to calls, voicemails, texts, or emails. If you do happen to get ahold of him, he won't take responsibility for any issues. We've had multiple issues with him. I would steer clear of him if possible. We aren't ones to complain and we always give people the benefit of the doubt, but he is so bad, we felt compelled to warn others before they get taken advantage of.

  Poor service (at best) disrespectful owner who doesn't mean what he says and treats his employees like garbage and talks to customers like they're too stupid to figure out that he's blatantly ripping them off

  Installed a new roof a year ago and it looks great with no leaks! They came in and installed it in under two days, too! Would highly recommend!!
