  Set up an appointment on the Facebook app got a message from them with the schedule called and text that same number that the sent me the message from the day of my appointment to confirm cause it was raining was told they reached out to me saying they didn’t have time on that day annoyed but ok they set me up for the following week contacted me from the same number I got the first message saying I put the wrong number down that why the message about the schedule didn’t go through 🤔 sorry for the confusion and that they would have to charge me $150 for being outside the 50 mile radius I live 54 miles I said no thank you I’m not paying $150 for a free estimate for 4 miles the lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and trying to blame me for putting the wrong number down but if I had how did they contact me via text message 4 times without me giving them the correct number and no where on the site did I see 50 mile radius and to charge $150 for 4 miles seem outrageous to me

  If I could give zero stars I would. I called and talked to Brandi about getting a spot on my roof fixed. She had to talk to Clint about my problem, but I guess Clint would not answer her. So after 2 days, 3 phone calls, and 2 texts I am going somewhere else. You might get more business if anybody can get Clint to answer his phone. (Response) that is a nice try to spin what happened. Yes I did decline clints phone number. How is it the customers responsibility to track down your employees, when he won't answer your own people. Yes I know there is a minimum charge which I was prepared to pay. I don't appreciate you trying to make look like it was my fault for not tracking down your production manager. I guess that is how you do business.

  Insurance company recommended them. Had them come out and tell me 1100 for a very small job. Called someone else and the materials were only150and they had it done in an hour. I guess if you have money to burn give em a call. Also same experience of every one I've talked to that has gotten an estimate from them. Do yourself a favor and shop around

  Got call at 6am asking if I could come help roof on spur of moment almost an hour away just to stay all day then get screwed over on pay and agreement made which was all renegotiated to screw me over, thanks guys

  I obviously supplied them with too much information and the job wasn't one they wanted - never got back with me. Guess there are some jobs too big. They reached out AFTER this review. Came to estimate the job. I made the mistake of saying that I would love for them to fix my soffits and facia without a complete roof replacement. Then he said that they only had one person who could handle my job and he was getting older, so maybe it would be too much. That individual would come by and evaluate the job and let me know. Last I saw of Todt Roofing. So long boys!

  As a new homeowner/resident to the area, I have dealt with several companies for various replacements and repairs. Todt Roofing in Cape Girardeau is definitely the best company I have worked with and do not completely regret hiring. I have beautiful new roof and I was very impressed with the high level of care taken in the clean up process. I give an extra 5 stars to Sales Executive Lindsey. Not only was Todt Roofing prompt and professional with my roof replacement, but Lindsey herself stepped in to help when I was having a horrible experience with another company. Thanks to her roofing expertise, the other company had to stop passing blame on the roof, accept the vent pipe issue responsibility, and to make it right. Thank you, Todt Roofing!   I needed a cover over my deck. After checking the 'Big Boys', I called Todt Roofing and was given a date and time for my free estimate. Jason arrived on time and gave me a series of questions (some I had not even thought to ask). He called a couple of hours later with a very generous cost to complete the job. Included was all parts and labor. I went in the next day and signed the contract. 3 weeks later, I was given an installation date and time. Bobby and Kevin showed up right on time down to the minute. A rare occurance nowadays for sure. The were extremely courteous, very proffesional and polite. The temperature that day was 96° with a heat index of 108°. They both worked hard and had my deck canopy installed that day! I can't express the appreciation I have for the whole Todt Team! I highly recommend Todt Roofing to everyone!

  Jason Butler made such a big project a breeze. Very professional throughout all steps. They did quick, quality work and the clean up looks like they were never even here!

  I want to thank Todt roofing for a job well done. They fixed my leaking deck. It was a very professional job and I have not had any problems at all. He picked up all of his trash from my yard. I will be using them again if needed. Thank you!
