  Communication was great at first. But after the work was completed, they never came back to check it. We were told they’d be by. I had to reach out about it because no one ever came. Said they’d schedule something the next week. Never heard anything. Reached out again, they scheduled a day to come out and check. No show, no communication. As the customer, I shouldn’t have to reach out for a third time. So, hopefully after almost $12,000 spent (plus new decking we apparently needed), our roof is fine.

  Ac went out while they were working on our apartments… one of the roofers said it would be temporary but come to find out they shot a nail thru something and we have been without ac for 2 weeks now, it’s 95 degrees in here and i have a 11 …

  Update to the prior review: Problems with lines in the roof of the decking popping up. We have talked with another roofer and he said this will make the shingles eventually come loose from the decking and start leaking. We have numerous pictures of the plywood separating from trusses in the attic. When talked to one of the owners he said it wasn’t his problem. The house either shifted or plywood/trusses are rotten. There are no rotten wood or house shifted. We have delt with this for 7 months now. We were told they would fix the problem but now they said they weren’t going to fix nothing. One of his main roofers stated there was an issue when he inspected the roof also. All we are asking is to fix the roof and be fixed right. There is a 5 yr warranty on their workmen’s ship but they don’t want to honor their contract. They did a great job on my roof. Cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend them.   The roof installation was generally fine. But the drip edge was way too short. So I had a gutter company (Semo Seamless) come in and try to fix it, but...again the drip edge was too short. And they could not fix it and charged me too much. Now, I have to try and install something to go under the drip edge to the gutter to keep water from going behind the gutter and causing rot.

  This company gave me a quote. I paid them a deposit. They came back to me wanting more money than they quoted. I cancelled contract They refunded my deposit.
