  A scam company. Since they have a tactic of lying and saying the bad reviews are for another company, let me specify immediately that this is the Quincy, MA RoofKings. They did an overpriced, shoddy job installing our roof actually leaving tiles all over it including a tile glue-side down on the skylight that we had to chase them to come remove and a giant permanent black stain on the sidewalk in front of our house. The skylight leaked a month later and again we had to chase them to even get a response. Ignored our calls and would blow off set appointments with no communication whatsoever. Finally they sent two random guys, who didn't bring a ladder (roofers!) and had to use mine, and they charged us more money saying it was because of a mild storm we had. This never happened with our previous roof and was obviously to get out of honoring their fake warranty. Months later the roof leaks again, and again they're either ignoring our calls altogether or the shifty owner tells us a time then blows it off. Avoid this horrible scam of a business at all costs.

  I called Roof King for an estimate on my roof, the representative did not show up or call to cancel our initial appointment; when the rep was late he did not return my call until he was several hrs late. The rep showed up for our rescheduled appointment after which he said he'd get back to me with a bid. When after a week the bid did not arrive, I texted the rep to ask if the bid was coming and never got an answer. If this company's reps are this unreliable during the bidding process, I dread to imagine what would have happened to my roof if this company got the job. A bullet missed.

  From start to finish, this company is top notch. There was no pressure in picking them and they offer many different options to finance the project. They were thorough and very professional. We will refer them to anyone looking for a new roof.

  We hired The Roof Kings to replace our roof. We were impressed with the professional Five-Star job they did. They were reasonably priced and finished the job in a timely manner. Cleanup was excellent. I would highly recommend them. Every detail was addressed. We are very happy we hired Roof King

  The Roof Kings replaced the roof on our home in 2023. They were professional, worked hard and value priced.. In fact they were so good, that we asked if they would come to Maine and replace the roof on one of our vacation rentals. And they did a fantastic job there. We would recommend them to everyone.

  The Roof Kings did a five star job on my Boston residence. From start to finish it felt like an easy and comfortable process with Craig and any employee I had contact with. The work was done in a timely manner and I was quite impressed with the clean up!

  The Roof Kings were recommended to me by someone I know to have high standards, and they did not disappoint. Our roof had an active leak and we decided this was the moment to go ahead and replace the entire roof. Craig and his team were quick to respond, professional, tidy, let us know exactly what to expect, and did a beautiful job. They also replaced and painted areas with worn clapboards on our 1850’s house. After our installation, I immediately recommended The Roof Kings to a family member. Time is the true test— 1.5 years later everything looks great and we’ve had no issues.
