  Although the owner was responsive to my roof leak and came the next day, he was harassing about the bill (leaving me a snarky voice message) I received the bill on the 10th and paid it in full on the 11th. He (or the office) called me and my husband several times about it. It was a small leak near the chimney and he charged me for 4 workers for 10 hours =$900, (one of whom stayed on the ground and just picked up trash) and plus use of his truck $375 ! I will certainly never use their services again.

  This truck kept creeping out into the intersection on a red light. He started to go as a vehicle from his right started making a left turn and he still had the red light. He also blocked a pedestrian from crossing when they had the crosswalk light...

  Had problems from day one. Leaks, Chimney flashing, ventilation...very frustrating. 2 years for these guys to respond to a problem call. After they finally came out they told me they would follow up when the weather got a bit warmer. Never heard from them again. I paid for a 40 year roof that lasted 15 years. Terrible experience. Can not recommend.

  If you are looking for a roofing company that truly cares about quality and customer service, we cannot recommend Associate Roofing highly enough. Our 25-year-old roof was long overdue for a replacement and had started to develop significant moss, so we knew it was time to act. We invited three different companies to provide estimates, but after meeting with John MacDonald, we knew we had found the right team. John spent two full hours at our home, walking us through every detail of the project and providing a clear, comprehensive quote on the spot. Throughout the entire process, Charlie MacDonald was fantastic, staying in constant contact via email and text to handle scheduling and answer all of our questions promptly. When it came time for the work to begin, Manny Pezha’s crew was exceptional. We were particularly worried about protecting our new pool liner, our new central AC unit, and our new deck, but the crew took meticulous care to ensure everything remained completely protected throughout the job. They replaced all the shingles, all roofing trim, gutters and removed and replaced a new solar venting skylight. We were also incredibly impressed by Mark Farina, who handled the metal section of our roof with such precision and attention to detail. We particularly love the metal roof! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. If you are in need of a new roof, look no further than Associate Roofing, they are a top-tier team!

  Based upon my recent experience, I HIGHLY recommend Associate Roofing, Inc. During a nor'easter last week the roof on our home on Martha's Vineyard was severely damaged which necessitated a complete emergency replacement that also included new skylights. I found Associate Roofing, Inc. last Thursday, received a proposal the next day and the job was completed in a high quality manner within one day this past Wednesday. Mike Lynch and his colleagues Andrew Fotta, Matt Berry and Amy Johnson are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and the crew that executed the work were terrific. Finally, please note that I rarely post online reviews, however these folks absolutely deserve this endorsement.

  Terrific roofing company! Mike Lynch and his associates have, for the last decade, been our source for both Alaskan Yellow Cedar to reroof our home, and membrane and asphalt roofing for our hotel and apartments. Highly recommend.

  Mike and his team were great, very professional and responded quickly. Located the problem quickly and did a great job to mitigate the problem. Finished product was stronger than original construction. So nice to find a contractor who cares about every detail and proud to stand by his work.

  Wonderful service and communication. The team was swift, competent, and considerate. It was a LOT of money, but my roof was a spongy mess after a really terrible TRI job before I bought the house, so cutting corners would only have delayed the inevitable. It feels good knowing the job was handled by a trustworthy company, and Mike and Matt were fantastic to deal with.

  Mike Lynch and his entire team were amazing to work with! They provided the best quality workmanship, reasonable pricing for quality materials, and wonderful customer service from start to finish. We were off island during the entire project, and I had full confidence in their ability to get the job done properly, and they did!
