The Roof Guardian happened to be working in our neighborhood when Harris offered to inspect our roof. He did end up finding storm damage which he felt would be covered by our homeowner’s insurance. That evening, he assisted us in submitting a claim to our insurance company. He coordinated with the insurance roof inspector so that he would be there while he investigated our roof. Our homeowners approved the claim and within 1 week our new roof was being installed. Harris remained onsite while the roofer’s worked to ensure quality. His crew worked proficiently. Harris is very knowledgeable in all aspects of his work. He was always available for questions. We appreciate his professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. He was a joy to work with. We cannot say enough about the ease of this project from beginning to end and we love our new roof! We highly recommend this company.

Our experience with The Roof Guardian was exceptional, particularly with Harris guiding us through the process. On Thursday, we had a new roof installed with skylights, and the team handled a few areas where the plywood needed replacement with expertise. What set them apart was their commitment to ensuring our roof was properly done, especially in the valley area connecting to our neighbor's roof, which previous contractors had identified as a concern. The Roof Guardian team not only met but exceeded expectations by providing an upgrade metal drip edge on the side edges. Observing the quality of work on our neighbor's roof across the street, done by a different contractor, highlighted the attention to detail The Roof Guardian brought to our project. They also corrected existing issues, such as the DirectTV installation, and attended to cosmetic details around the skylights with professionalism. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend their services. Thanks Harris for the great service by showing us what was going on and having fair price.

Hello Friends, THE ROOF GUARDIAN (Summerville) just installed a new roof on my house a few weeks ago, I purchased my house new (2005), and because my house is now 20 yrs old, the integrity of the condition weighed heavily on my mind. I was home about 2 months ago when a really lovely young lady (Allie) rang my doorbell and explained the reason for her visit. She asked me if I would like to have my roof inspected FOR FREE. Of course I was skeptical. Then Harris Davis drove up and joined the conversation. I am a real estate Broker (for over 31 years), and realize that roof condition CAN MAKE OR BREAK A DEAL. Harris offered to look at my roof right then and there; he did and documented what he found with photo evidence. We talked about the process, the WARRANTY, the products used. etc. We started the process with my insurance company; Harris was there with answers for all my questions. Folks, when dealing with insurance claims, you need to be patient. My claim was approved, the products ordered, and before I knew it, I had a brand spanking new (complete, all components) in just ONE DAY. The care for my shrubs and areas was superb, including my pool area! Needless to say, my roof is no longer weighing heavily in the back of my mind. If you have questions about your roof, do not hesitate to call Harris Davis and coordinate a free inspection!
