  We didn’t even make it past the consultation. Michael called us in the am on our way into work to move meeting ahead 2 hours. I explained we were self employed and on a job an hour away. This meant us leaving our job at 1:00 in the afternoon. He then began to recite his 30 year qualifications and why he was better than anyone else. After a good 20 minutes I interrupted him and told him he needed to stop. He tried to continue but I told him we were at work and he was disrespectful of my time. We worked like crazy to accommodate him. Only to arrive home with his truck parked in our only parking space. It was 2:00 and he claimed that he had already inspected our roof. The last company spent a good amount of time not only inspecting all the different angles and peaks of our house, but also went in the attic spaces and took lots of photos. I asked Mike how he inspected our roof so fast and his response was he makes 800. An hour. Can you imagine someone announcing how big his operation was and how much he makes an hour blah blah blah. Someone has a bad case of napoleon syndrome. Any how he told us we were not his fit and left. After this experience I can only imagine how the customer service would be. So glad to be done with that waste of time.

  Very disappointed with the customer service at this place. Contacted them concerning roof repair. Received an email in which they verified my contact information and after doing so I received a call. Went over my issue and even email over pictures. Received another email inquiring about insurance. After responding, I haven’t heard anything back. Tried reaching out again with no response. It would have been nice to receive some type of response back

  Shawn. We have been inundated with phone calls since the storm, and our 24-hour response time has been delayed. I searched our database for a Shawn but did not find anything. Also, it looks like you leave one-star reviews on the regular.

  The web says they are open on Saturday and they lie about the hours if you guys are closed then put it on The internet that you guys will be closed I had to drive 1 hour just to find out it was closed

  It is holiday weekend and our guys have been working in 100° plus heat this summer. They deserved a break. Monday is a paid holiday for our employees as well. Our website will not be updated with our holiday hours because it is currently “under construction”. Nonetheless, what were you coming to the office for? Maybe I can help you over the phone. We have a person on call answering phones.

  CMS replaced the roof and some of the facia. The estimate was explicit and there were no surprises. Other than weather delays the process was smooth. I strongly recommend them.

  We had a roof replaced and almost all of our decking needed to be replaced. Marlana was communicative the entire process and Mike Curcio the owner was also involved highly recommend.

  Removed tree debris (considerable) off roof, bagged on roof so on the ground clean-up was not required. Carried bags off site. Procured and installed new chimney cap (after removing old one). Inspected, blew-out gutters. Photographed before and after work. We were well pleased with the work.

  Very quick to arrive, great work! Lost some siding due to wind storm. They came out, fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards. The workers were very pleasant and knew what to do. The whole experience took about an hour and a half. I do recommend CMS Roofing 🤙 👌 …

  CMS Roofing came out to fix a small siding repair and blow off the roof of my house. Beverly did an amazing job with staying in communication with me throughout the process. The install/repair team did an amazing job with the repair work and even went above and beyond by blowing the area around my house clear (and this was right after a storm so there was more debris than what came off the roof). I highly recommend this company and have told all my neighbors and friends about them!

  I live Dovefield Condominiums West of the Ashley. Today our building’s roof was replaced and gutters were installed. The installers arrived promptly at 7am and worked the entire day putting up our new shingles and gutters. The installers covered our entrances with a large tarp and made sure to move items that could potentially be damaged during installation. They worked until the sun went down, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Best Christmas gift ever! Thank you CMS Roofing for a job well done.

  It was so easy working with CMS roofing from the beginning to the end. they offered me 3 different options for my roofing and helped with acquiring the financing. All of the staff from the people I spoke with at the office to the leads on the job site were outstanding. Once the job was completed, everything was cleaned and you wouldn't know that anyone had been there. Our new roof looks great and several of my neighbors are looking to replace their roofs with the company. Thank you Tony Owens
