Called for estimate...told they have the highest credentials with Certainteed...came out and gave me an estimate 3 times higher than a "Select Shingle Master" and said I can get a 5 star Warranty (which they can't give)! I asked if they have their own crew and told they sub contract. Said I do not want any ILLEGAL that has no work visa/ green card on my property. He couldn't say whether any were or were not illegal. AL is an E-Verify state. I feel that is why the price was so high!

After severe hail damage last week left me needing a new roof. These guys magically show up soliciting their business by going door to door in our neighborhood. I came outside to see who my wife was talking to and they were in my driveway …

When we noticed a door not closing properly we called The Bales Company. They guided us on what to do and when to do it. Helped with all the insurance paperboy and even fought to get more on our claim! Yes! Yes is the answer to using this company again and I would definitely tell everyone to try them first.

Del and the guys are great to deal with. They are prompt, do what they say they will and the finished job is above expectations. Great company to work with.
