  Roof itself looks and seems good but details weren't as well executed. Gutters and trim were banged up and flashing shows shiny metal underneath which highlights it and also silicone caulk on flashing looks like it is done by someone who has never done it before and is large clumpy blobs not smoothed out. We were asked about flashing color day of and did not understand where it would go and what it would look like. Was told it would be about $200 to fix flashing prior to signing work but later told it would be $800.

  I met two of their representatives at a golf range. We talked for a while and they took my information and passed me off to another representative. He called, set up an appointment and came out to inspect the roof. Upon completing the inspection, he told my wife and I he would send us an estimate for the job. Once we received the estimate, we were informeded that we would need to pay half up front. After asking for my military discount we were given a total and asked to pay. We gave them over $1500 for half the job.two days later, we were called and told that the representative didn't include the price of the materials. This is all after signing a contract. If the roles were reversed, I wonder if they would try to hold us accountable... very unprofessional in my opinion.

  Rip off company..don't use river city roofing..I am a veteran. I am handicapped senior citizen. This company way over charged$$$. And I still have a leaking roof issue,they won't return my calls for help...VERY BAD RIVER CITY ROOFING..SHAME ON YOU!!!

  Never came to my residence. Had four appointments set. 1st time they called a day before and said I can come right now or you’ll have to reschedule the set date for the day after. 2nd time no call no show. 3rd time no call no show. 4th time was excusable but no follow up was conducted to set a different appointment date. A positive note- the customer service representative/ call taker was friendly.

  Their salesmen need to learn what real storm damage is. Have to get off the ground to inspect a roof.

  They seem to be near entirely focused on insurance claim business. The reviews reflect they are good at it and that’s great. They are very professional and on time. My issue with them is value. I had a small “cash” job I needed help with. I’m not an expert but their quote seemed at least double what it should be. I researched the materials. Under $150 but quote was for over $1,300. Then the rep wanted Down payment to get on the schedule. 50% cash up front.

  Along with helping homeowners with the insurance process we also do repairs and replacements. Roofing materials is only part of the cost of a roof repair. A highly trained labor force is also required for that. Our repair guys have years of experience repairing and replacing roofs. We also carry all of the necessary licences and insurance in order to protect our business, our workers and our homeowners. We also include all permits and taxes needed to complete the job.

  Aaron came out for an inspection after a recent storm and was super helpful. He was able to quickly determine a current issue as well as educate me on future lifespan of our roof. We will be reaching back out to work together when the next problem arises.

  River City Roofing did a superb job with our new roof. From our initial consultation and understanding our color options, Rudy was very patient and guided us through the process.   We suffered hail storm damage on top of the roof was 20 year old. Greg Muse came out the day we called him to inspect the damage. Within two weeks we had a new roof and it made a world of difference in the looks of the house. He helped me pick out the shingles and he matched it perfectly. I was very impressed with the roofing crew. They covered all my landscape for protection and in 1 day I had new roof and gutters to match. I highly recommend this company.   Worked with Aaron after he did my neighbors roof. Great guy and great work. The price of River City Roofing was a little less than my other bids but the quality of the materials was much better. Two weeks now and have only found two nails left behind. very happy

  We got the front of our roof done last year (because insurance) and the back of the roof done a couple weeks ago and everything looks great! Brendon was super helpful through the process both times. We highly recommend River City Roofing!

  River City Roofing had been recommended by my insurance agent. We had them come out a couple of years ago after a hail storm but they found no damage. However, Aaron impressed me, so when we had hail and a tornado came close we had them back out to assess. At every step, Aaron did what he said he would do; He was on time, he emailed and texted on time. Once he had assessed the roof he submitted info to the insurance company and it was approved not only for a new roof, but gutters also (I wasn’t expecting the later). We had to reschedule due to weather, but once they got going their crew were efficient and polite. They cleaned up well and then a few days later Aaron came out for a post install inspection. A couple of months later we had to have a new HVAC system installed which needed a different type of vent/duct on the roof; A simple text to Aaron and he came out the next day and worked with the hvac guys to install them. I can’t speak more highly of Aaron and his team. Thanks.
