If I could leave a zero star I would, mighty dog roofing is a scam, they mark up there prices like crazy I looked into a fence estimate, they charged me like 40% up charge to just sub the contract out, they are so unprofessional and a nuisance!

Thank you so much for your feedback, and please accept my apologies for disturbing your family! Having three kids myself, I know that anything disturbing the precious time when a newborn is asleep is really awful. Our team supports projects beyond roofs (we do siding, garages, sunrooms, some interior work, etc), which is likely why she knocked despite your roof being new. I'll make sure to address directly and provide additional training. Apologies again for the disturbance!

Called Mighty Dog Roofing on a Friday after a storm came through that blew some of our aluminum roof siding off our house. They came Saturday morning on short notice and made the repair quickly at low cost. David Campbell was great!!

I spoke with a really sweet girl named Cierra and had an appointment set for a free inspection with this company. They came and looked at everything and gave a good roadmap for repairs needed for the house without trying to up sale me or recommend unnecessary repairs. 10/10 would recommend as they are an honest company and do not rush you.

Mighty Dog was great. We had an emergency-- in a fight with our (now former) insurance company-- to get a roof within two weeks. Mike, the GM, handled our situation with the utmost efficiency and got us on the books for installation the next week. The pricing was competitive, and once the project began, he was very communicative about everything via phone calls and text messages. They sent an armor of workers and had the roof finished in one day. Furthermore, the builders of our house (1990) installed drywall underneath some of the roof joists-- a first for all parties involved. During the roof installation, one of these pieces of drywall fell from the underside of the roof and punched through my wife's closet ceiling and loosened some crown molding in the hallway. I informed Mike, and he had it taken repaired at 8:00 AM on a Saturday morning, when it wasn't necessarily their fault, with no questions asked. Furthermore, we had some extra work done on our bay window by Mighty Dog a couple days later that looks great. We are now considering them for refresh-painting the decorative wooden parts of our house's facade and installing new gutters. We wouldn't do this if they wouldn't have been so efficient and easy to work with.

Excellent customer care! Ask for Amber! She was very polite and helpful from the first knock at my door. Her quick wit and extensive knowledge made me smile and gave me some relief which I was very grateful for because home repairs can be stressful. I previously had a bad experience, so l had delayed the inspection until Amber treated me like a person, even a friend, instead of a transaction! 100/10 recommend for anything you need outside your home!
