Not a clean company, and I would not recommend it them at all. They worked on my neighbors roof and threw at least 15+ long screws in my yard. I called the owner and told him about it because I have a child that could be injured by these nails, he said they would come clean them up. Two days later, another man comes out on the roof and dumps a bunch of debris and MORE nails onto my yard. I ended up having to call the borough about it. Just go through a different company. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

we had a roof installed from them over 2 years ago.. within the 1st year we had to replace part of the living room ceiling from the roof leaking & our laundry room looked like a waterfall from the roof leaking everytime we got heavy rains.. oh yea & the snow rakes werent even installed properly.. definitely thumbs down on there work.

  Reply from the business

We sincerely apologize for your issues. This was one of our very first metal installs. That being the case the only issue we were responsible for was the snow bar issue. Neither of the leaks were due to bad install, both were due to work that was not completed 100% by the contractor. We would be happy to inspect your roof though and to make sure OUR work is above standard!

Outstanding service. When Jason came to the house to look at our roof, he did an excellent job of explaining all of the options that were available to us. The team started early in the morning. They removed the old roof, installed the new roof and meticulously cleaned up by mid afternoon. The next day two neighbors told us how impressed they were with how the clean up went. Would highly recommend Teflon Roofing.

Reliable, Professional, High-Quality, Diligent, Efficient, Ethical, & Hard-Working These are just a few words that my husband and I would use to describe Jason and his team. These folk really care and are working hard to make the change in their industry. When you have work to be done on/in your home it can be a frustrating and unsure time for a homeowner. After you have done your research, you hope and pray that the person that you select is as professional as they say. Well, with Teflon Roofing that is not a worry. From our first encounter with Jason we knew immediately that his team were the PROFESSIONALS for the job. I capitalized the word professional because there are many folks in the same industry as Jason and his team that are pretending to be professionals. Thus what led us to our situation that brought Teflon Roofing to our doorstep. A person pretending to be a professional and trying to run with the big dogs, but in fact should lose their licenses and be reported to the Better Business Bureau. When Teflon Roofing worked on our home any issues that arose during the application process, they were quick to contact me and make sure that we were okay with the suggested next steps. They kept their work area clean and accessible. Quality work was done and my husband and I have peace of mind knowing that the work was done right. We will never be able to express just how thankful we are to Jason and his team. Working with them is nothing short of amazing. For all of your roofing needs Teflon Roofing is who you need to contact. You will not regret it, but instead be grateful for the blessing they are. Working with this wonderful company was a breath of fresh air. As mentioned previously they are in the roofing industry to make a difference. They believe in quality, ethical, transparent work. Lets help them weed out the unprofessional liars in their industry. Call them for all of your roofing needs (717) - 830 - 8454. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Osman’s

Wow, I am speechless! Normally our office team responds but when this came through I was alerted. Your words mean the world to our team. Frustration doesn't express the worry I have in this field. So many of our direct competitors cheap out on the labor for installing a roof. The company that took advantage of you and how many times they are recommended, makes want to puke in my mouth. We are not in this to make friends, we do this to serve you guys! Seeing companies that we compete with on a consistent basis, do something like this, its VERY HARD not to call them out by name.:( Reviews like this add fuel to my fire. We are the most trusted, transparent and reliable roofing company and our installers are a HUGE part of that reason. We appreciate you taking your time to leave a review about your roof replacement & process in Shippensburg, Pa. Thank you so much!
