Dean was outstanding from start to finish. He thoroughly inspected my leaking ceiling and took the time to identify additional issues that could have become bigger problems down the road. His attention to detail, professionalism, and extensive knowledge were truly impressive. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident that the issues were being properly addressed. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thorough.
