Empire Roofing wasn’t a great experience. The crew showed up late several times and the job ended up taking way longer than they promised. Some of the workers didn’t seem very professional, and a few details of the job were rushed or …

Empire Roofing was a letdown. They were hard to get in touch with, and when they finally showed up, the work didn’t hold up for long. Parts of the roof started having issues not long after they finished. On top of that, they didn’t clean up properly and left nails and trash in the yard. For what I paid, I expected way better.

Teal ridge roofing & exteriors did a lot of work to my home a few years back and went way out of there way to make sure everything that needed to be fixed on our home was fixed properly. Went to bat with my insurance company and got everything they needed to fix our home the way it needed to be done. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 5 star from us for sure

Teal Ridge Roofing and Exteriors is a great group of professionals. They offer free estimates and, in many cases, work directly with insurance companies—often leaving little to no out-of-pocket cost. Logan leads with integrity and experience. Highly recommended!

Hail storm damaged my roof, siding and gutters. Jason Taylor with Empire Roofing handled my insurance claim, met with my insurance company. He showed up when he said he would. Work was done quickly and an excellent job. Will use Empire Roofing again in the future if I need work done.

My roof and my downspouts were replaced November 5th. Charles explained the process and he along with others from the company supervised the installation. They were timely and efficient. I am pleased with the service I received.

We're completely satisfied with our roof replacement by Empire! The workers arrived at the crack of dawn on the day scheduled, and the work was wrapped up by 2:30pm. They did great cleaning up. Jeff Stone was very helpful evaluating our roof's condition, and he was here during the entire replacement. Definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Jacob (Jake) with Empire roofing. He was phenomenal to work with. From the moment he showed up he was on my side, he educated me through the process, worked with me and the appraisers and helped me get the results that I wanted. I’m happy with the outcome which resulted in a new roof.

We didn’t end up needing a roofer for our problem but they helped me find the correct person to call and gave me the advice I needed to get my issues resolved. Truly am so thankful for the input and having someone take them time to point me in the right direction!
