  I just bought my house and Scheduled an appointment for them to come out a week later. The saturday before they're supposed to come out, they decided the project that I need done is not big enough for them. So they cancel on a saturday. I just bought a house and the attic has no ventilation and all 4 exhaust vents from the bathrooms and kitchen are going straight into the attic with no ventilation pluse my roof is due to be changed soon and I was going to ask for a quote for that too. The thing that gets me is they had a whole week to tell me so I could find someone else. Not the saturday before where I would have to find a last minute person which isnt likely in this season. I won't be doing business with you guys ever again.

  Really Bad Service. Scheduled appointments 2 times and no one showed up. Get message 15 min before my appointment with confirmation and then 30 minutes later get a message again that they can't show up even after confirming the appointment. Really abd communication and they going to waste your whole day with fake appointment confirmation.

  I hired Know-A-Guy Roofing, Brock and his crew, to replace my roof, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, top-tier workmanship, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. What truly sets Brock apart is his integrity, transparency, and willingness to go above and beyond. When we originally signed the contract, the plan was to install 4-foot ridge vents on my hipped roof. After the job was completed, I realized that the shorter vents didn’t look as aesthetically pleasing as I hoped. Brock immediately understood my concern and offered to run the vent material continuously down the entire length of the hip. He completed this additional work at no extra charge — a gesture of goodwill that speaks volumes about his character Throughout the entire process, Brock’s communication was outstanding. He kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I felt comfortable even when the scope of the project shifted. His pricing was also extremely reasonable and significantly lower than other companies I received quotes from, all without sacrificing a single ounce of quality. The finished roof looks absolutely beautiful. The materials are excellent, the workmanship is great, and even when a post-project inspection identified a few items needing adjustment, Brock addressed them professionally and without hesitation.   I highly recommend Know-A-Guy Roofing & Exteriors! I got four different quotes for my roof replacement in Westerville, and they offered the best combination of warranty, value, and service. Brock was my representative and was great to work with throughout the entire process. The crew did an excellent job and replaced my entire roof in just one day.   I have solar panels an had to work around a separate company about getting them off to get my roof fixed. Know A Guy was very patient with this an responded quickly. Made the process a lot less stressful!!! Will defently be going back to them when I need a whole roof replacement!!!

  Matt came out and was very engaged and enthusiastic. He listen to me about my issues and asked questions for clarification. Once on the roof he did a thorough inspection of the areas and was able to make the adjustment on the spot. He really went above and beyond to get the work complete that day.
