Very disappointed called to get estimate for a trim project with possible roof replacement, I felt like a problem from the minute I called. I called another company and was able to schedule quickly. Would prefer locally owned, however I also want to feel valued like your wanting to earn my business. If your looking for a company that wants to earn your business save time and don't bother with this place.

I was really excited to work with exterior heroes. Their reviews talk about their exemplary customer service, and Heather is wonderful, professional, and great at communication. They came out and took a look at our project, and promised an estimate " in a couple of weeks. I don't mind waiting if their schedule is backed up, but I do appreciate good communication and follow through. I called after a couple of weeks and was promised an estimate within 24 hours. I received nothing. Not a phone call, not an email to tell me what's next. I'm disappointed, because they had some really good solutions for our issues. If they can't get a quote to me in a timely fashion, or communicate if there's an issue, I'm worried what it would be like to actually work with them to get the project done. No follow-through. Not good.

Eddie and his crew were very timely and proficient with the metal roof installed on my screened-in porch. Looks great and was a reasonable price! Definitely recommend this company!

Great work by Exterior Heroes. They also gave advice that was best for me and the situation I needed handled instead of trying to sell me something that wasn’t necessary. On top of that, they gave me several resources which helped me accomplish other parts of my project.

Met Kyle at the home and garden show and was impressed right away. I had several contractors come to my house about my gutters and Kyle was the only one who listened to what my issues were. While the other companies hemmed and hawed over …

Absolutely amazing!! I hired Exterior Heros to do a total window and siding replacement I had interviewed several companies and EH was the only company that met my stringent requirements. Certified installer from LP, full service installer, brought project manager to the site during the estimation to ensure no "change order gotchas" , installed factory finish material. Competitive pricing EH did an impeccable job. The crew spent time doing the job right vs rushing through and they were very polite and very very hard working (worked late into the evening and weekend) In addition their communication and oversight was excellent in that the project manager Eddie communicated regularly and proactively and visited the job frequently to make sure work met his high standards I highly recommend Exterior Heros and would gladly be a reference for Kyle Wood and the team
