Being a first time home buyer I was a little clueless about my 20 year old home and it’s maintenance, and with the recent hurricane, it did some damage and had a roof leak. Kadir and Benjamin were very quick to come out and give me an …

I can't recommend Tar Heel Roofing and Solar enough. Josh and Kadir made sure we received outstanding service. Even though the date was pushed out a week because of inclement weather, once they started they replaced our roof within the days …

Hi Edward, thank you for leaving us a review, it is always greatly appreciated. Roofing is a messy job, and it's always difficult to pick up every last nail and bit of trash. I'll never forget the day we did your roof. It was exceptionally windy, and a few shingles did brush up against the siding. Nobody is perfect, but we will make it right every single time. Fixing screens and scrubbing siding is the least we can do to have a satisfied customer. - Josh

Kadir and Josh provided a competitive quote for our new roof, completed the work with quality at the quoted price, and then were able to repair our gutters and the gutter guards after a previous contractor had overcharged and …

Hi Susan, Thanks so much for leaving a review. What you described in your review can best be summed up by our Mission Statement: INTEGRITY. TRANSPARENCY. VALUE. These are the principles we established the company on, and they do make for satisfied customers! I'm glad we were able to help, and that you are happy with the work we did. Hiring high quality labor is important, but so is monitoring the work site and making sure things are taken care of effectively and accurately. I would like to note Tar Heel Roofing and Solar LLC is not a general contractor, and the repair work we completed (siding, windows, doors, gutters) is not work required by a GC. Thanks again for leaving a review! - Josh Lawrence

Josh and his staff were exceptional! They were contacted by my parents, who have a house in North Carolina, but currently reside in Georgia. Since I currently live in the house that was being attended to, Josh and his staff efficiently and …

Hi Darrius, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thorough review. From experience, I know it's not fun to have contractors randomly show up at the house. Effective communication is key 💪. You and your parents have such a beautiful home, it was very important to us to leave it spotless once we completed the roof repairs and interior painting. Good luck on finishing school, and thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts! - Josh

Thank you to Josh from Tar Heel Roofing and Solar! We had an ongoing roof leak problem that was not improving after several “repair” jobs. Various roofers told us that we needed a whole new expensive roof, even though our roof should have …

Hi Ms. Underwood, thank you so much for leaving a review! I'm so glad my tips helped solve the problem. Otherwise, we would have had to replace the roof with 24 karat gold shingles :) I'm a firm believer in maintaining a roof until it absolutely must be replaced. It is a big job, and it would just be silly to skip over easy fixes and tear off the entire roof. Thanks for giving us a call, and I'm happy I was able to help! - Josh

Tar Heel Roofing and Solar LLC replaced the roof on my house on June16 and 17, 2021. After a through inspection of the 28-year old roof they decided it needed to be replaced. It is a rather large and steep roof. They informed me of all the materials, the labor, the cost and the time involved. They explained the process and were accessible to answer all the questions I had. They worked with my insurance company. Upon completion of the job they issued the guarantees and papers for proof of the job done and left me a house that looks like new. At all times did I feel confident that they would do a good job and they did. I highly recommend them. Brigitte A

I am really pleased with the way the job went. They protected all the landscaping as and the siding as promised. The job took a day and they came back the next day for several hours to do a thorough cleanup. Would highly recommend.

Hi Abhi, thank you for leaving us a review! We pride ourselves on cleanliness. Having a beautiful roof with a thousand nails on the ground is like watching an award winning movie in a smelly theater. You'll just remember the mess! I'm glad we were able to help, and it was a pleasure working with you.
