Edit to reply- Sir, nobody WANTS to play the "insurance game".... its a requirement all homeowners go through to get the proper coverages we pay for. You immediately assumed you would be the most expensive bid, and you did so without even inspecting the job. You are in an industry where people get 3-4 quotes before choosing who to use regardless of insurance coverage. Every other roofing company I have said the EXACTY same thing and only you took it as an attempt to "game the insurance system"(which is not at all what I said or implied). If you assume right out the gate that your quote will be the highest one without even knowing the other quotes, you either are scamming people, or just simply didnt want the job. I stand by my original review. Original review- Requested a quote for a patio roof repair. Tim shows up pretty much trying to convince me away from the start of the conversation. Not sure if this wasn't a big enough job or they are too booked (told me there was a 3 month wait for new work). With the recent storms I am sure everyone is busy but the whole interaction was impatient and rushed. Told him I still would like a quote, as I planned to get several for the sake of insurance, and use the mid. He pretty much refused to give me a quote because he "was certain to be the highest quote, and didn't want me to use his quote and not use him for the job". Out of the 4 companies I have had come out this was the wildest reaction......

When you told me you wanted to ‘play the insurance game’ I was not going to be involved in that. You said, “I’m gonna give the insurance company the highest bid and use a lower one to you know, play the game”. That’s when I said you’ll be … More

T&J Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. First, Tim came out and gave us a detailed estimate. I compared it to another company and noticed a difference in the amount of work T&J was willing to do. Their office staff also answered their phones and answered all of my questions. The crew- these guys showed up on time every day and were kind, neat, and cleaned up every day as if they were never there. We were so impressed. The job was completed in 4 days and done well. I highly recommend them.

Jair of T and J Roofing did a wonderful job in carefully inspecting our roof, recommending needed repairs, and doing the necessary work professionally, saving us from more serious future repairs later.

Numerous words come to my mind after working with T & J Roofing to replace our roof – phenomenal skill, integrity, honesty, plus genuine kindness and pleasant personalities of ALL staff. I cannot say enough great things about the company/people involved. Several years ago, I had Tim come to another home to give us an estimate to replace our flat roofs. I was shocked and delighted with his honesty in telling me it did not need to be done at that point. I was so impressed that he did not just tell me to do it and give me the cost. At the time I told him such integrity meant I would be in touch when we needed a roof for sure! That time came in our second home. Jair and his crew did an awesome job! The materials were of the highest quality as were their skills. They do clean up every day after work is complete which is much appreciated. T & J makes sure that you are 100% satisfied with the work. After the project was completed, Tim came by to shoot drone pictures of the finished product – magnificent job verified by the shots from that closing ”class act”. Five stars may actually be an understatement.
