Don't even bother. We contacted this company after a rain storm. They came out and inspected the roof and left an estimate to repair it. They told me to contact our insurance company and they would come out at the same time as the insurance …

Hello Mr. Sword I apologize for the unpleasant experience and that you were not informed our office was closed 12/23-1/3 through the holidays. This is not how we perform our business and would like to make it right.

I contacted Pristine Roofing to provide us with a quote to repair loose tiles on our roof. 1st they said they would be by later that day, then I was emailed they didn’t hear from project manager and would be out tomorrow. I said that was fine but They didn’t show, call, or email. I heard nothing from them for days so I called to follow up and the lady that answered said yeah I have you on my list, maybe we can schedule someone tomorrow. We chose not to work with them after this unprofessional first impression experience.

We apologize for your unpleasant experience and the poor scheduling on our end. We have personally reached out to you with an explanation of what happened as it is a personal matter and this is not a true reflection of how we represent ourselves or the workmanship we provide.

I watched AZ Pristine Roofing complete a project across the street from me. They impressed me in the way they kept the site clean, and were respectful of the neighbors during the project. I hired them for a roof replacement and experienced the same as a customer. A+!

We recently had our roof replaced by Pristine Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Chris and his crew were true professionals from start to finish. They used top-quality materials, offered one of the best warranties in the Valley, and their pricing was very competitive. Communication throughout the entire project was outstanding. We always knew what to expect, and the crew cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every workday, which we really appreciated. I also want to recognize Jazz in the office. She was attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful with all of our administrative questions. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was Chris’s attention to detail. Once the project was complete, he personally walked the entire roof with us to make sure everything was, as promised, “pristine.” That level of pride in their work and commitment to customer satisfaction is hard to find. If you’re looking for a roofing company that delivers quality workmanship, excellent communication, outstanding customer service, and stands behind their work, I highly recommend Pristine Roofing. They exceeded our expectations in every way.

Arizona Pristine Roofing was an excellent choice for us. We had our roof redone withing a year ago and the process was smooth. We recently had a microburst type situation and when we called JJ he was at our home soon after our call. The issue was looked at and by the end of the day it was fixed. Thanks for the great customer service JJ and Arizona Pristine Roofing!

We had a great experience with Arizona Pristine Roofing. Our home is an older adobe house with a flat roof, so this was not a typical roofing job and required real skill and problem-solving. The crew was friendly, hardworking, and willing to tackle every request we had, including removing an old swamp cooler and chimney vent. Once they opened up the roof, they found unexpected conditions underneath, but they adapted quickly and came up with a solid plan without making it stressful for us. We also really appreciated that there were no hidden fees or surprise costs — they stayed true to what we originally agreed on, and the final price was very reasonable. We’re very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them.

Thank you Max for those kind words, the last thing we want is any of our customers to be stressed out while your roof is in production. We are glad you love your new roof.

This company is fantastic ! They show up on time. Get the job done right and do pristine work. Just like their name says. If insurance companies are involved, they handle that end for you and get results.
