  This company made a premature diagnosis and an unnecessary roof repair for $2,250. They then proceeded to come out to our house a total of FIVE times as we had ongoing concerns with a leak, not every time correlated with a storm. I even asked 2-3x if I should call a plumber, I was told “no” and reassured it was a roof leak; after extending the roof repair they just said it was the thick insulation that needed time to dry out. It’s not our field of knowledge and we made the mistake of trusting them as professionals. It ended up being a leak in our pex line above the vanity. By this time it was ongoing for several weeks resulting in additional damage, ended up being 6-7k worth of work. We tried reaching out to the company multiple times including talking to the owner to see if there was at least a partial refund we could receive, he became angry and even accused us of “blackmailing” him when we stated we had no other recourse than leave a review at this point. He did eventually follow-up with an email, but then ghosted us when we responded to that and called again when we didn’t get a response. Lesson learned, but hope it helps others.

From the start, our team documented every service call and repair with photographs and detailed notes. During the initial inspection, we identified broken tiles, flashing issues, and tiles that had slipped out of position, all of which allowed water to infiltrate the tile underlayment. Based on these findings, we provided a clear and reasonable estimate for repairs, which you approved. After completing the work, we responded promptly to every follow-up call at no additional charge to you. In fact, when the issue persisted, we extended the repair to the entire area as a courtesy. When further leaks were reported, we suggested cutting out the ceiling for better inspection. Once the drywall was removed, it was confirmed that the source of the leak was a damaged PEX waterline—not the roof. At no point did we advise you not to remove the drywall or to wait for insulation to dry. Our role is to address roofing concerns, and we acted in good faith to help resolve the issue until it became clear that the problem was outside our scope as roofing professionals. Regarding your concerns about a refund: our position was based on the fact that the work we performed was necessary and directly addressed roofing-related issues. Additionally, when conversations escalated, and threats of negative reviews were made, I did express my discomfort with what felt like coercion. I firmly believe that our team handled this project with integrity and professionalism from start to finish. We empathize with the frustration of dealing with unexpected water damage and multiple contractors, but the root cause in this case was unrelated to the roofing system we repaired.   Just call and you will see just awful. Spams calls and does not take work seriously. 10 different people answer the phones with no clear understanding of what is going on.

  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOFING PROJECT. 1. They told me they prided themselves on being on the job on time. I had another appointment the day my roof was scheduled to be installed and had to cancel my appointment because they were an hour and a half late. 2.. They left 2 large nails sticking up, on my front sidewalk. I went out to take my trash out and one of the nails went through my shoe. Luckily I did not puncture my foot. I have pictures to verify this. 3. They wanted a check first thing but I asked them if they would hold it for 3 days until I transferred the money into my bank account. They promised me over and over they would not cash it but they did. I was charged bank fees and it was a big hassle for me to get it straightened out. 4. I purchased the most expensive rubber roof system. They took the tile off of my patio roof and did not put it back on. Instead they installed some rolled shingle type material. The seams are not even so I texted Danny, the owner of the company 3 times (which he stated was the best way to get in touch with him), and did not hear back. The fourth time he responded. I complained to Danny that I was not happy with the way my patio roof looked. I don’t feel he has any customer service ethics and NO integrity. He said if they reinstalled the tile then the 20 year warranty would not be valid. He basically just argued with me. 5. Danny told me to wait a year for the shingle material to cure and after a year he would coat it with Elastomeric rood coating to make it look better. **NOTE** He claimed that this would cost him $300. 6. I called him a week ago, Tuesday, February 26, 2019, and he chastised me and said; you have waited a whole year to call me back about this. That is when HE told me to call him back. 7. Then he said that the cost of coating my patio roof with elastomeric would cost him $80. So he wasn’t truthful with me a year ago when he complained that it would cost him $300. I don’t know abou

  Very nice people. Family run business that uses employees vs subcontractors. Work done as promised. The owner even came out to do the final inspection to make sure the crew did things to his liking.

  Needed a 24 year old roof done and they knocked it out in 3 days. Crew was great, office communicated up through the final inspection, and the owner stopped by making sure everything was good to go.

  Needed to reroof my tile roof. Went through all the reviews, got 7 estimates that were all over the board. Went with Arizona’s Finest and glad I did. Start to finish was great to deal with. From explaining the different options, the communication start to finish, the crew doing the work, the cleanup, and the follow up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
