We have identified multiple one-star reviews posted under newly created Yelp and Google accounts, all originating from Upland, CA. These accounts have reviewed no other businesses and appear to have been created in the last two weeks solely to target our company. We have verified data to connect Dericks Wightman’s negative review to the multiple false reviews. (Yelp profile name is D. W) We are proud of our reputation and the work we do, and we encourage prospective clients to look at the full body of the over five hundred 5 star verified reviews from actual customers Derick Wightman hired us to perform roofing work on his carports in Redlands. After completion, it was discovered that our team had mistakenly installed two layers of flat roofing instead of the specified three. As soon as this came to our attention, we took full responsibility and immediately offered Mr. Wightman two fair and reasonable options: We would remove the brand-new roof and reinstall a proper three-layer system at no additional cost; or He could keep the two-layer roof as installed, and we would forgive the remaining $10,000 balance on his $11,000 invoice, keeping only his $1,000 deposit, and we would still provide a full warranty equivalent to that of a three-layer roof. However, he refused both offers and demanded we return his $1,000 deposit and also pay him an additional $5,000 for his troubles. He is now retaliating against our company due to ongoing legal action we’ve had to pursue. We remain committed to honesty, quality craftsmanship, and respectful communication. During our investigation, we also became aware that this is part of a pattern of behavior. Mr. Wightman has reportedly used similar tactics with other contractors, including a kitchen and bath company and a painting contractor, all within a similar time frame.   First off, let’s start with unprofessional. Not only is that being nice but the lies they throw at you to close you out. Not standing behind their “quality” of work. These guys should not be able to touch another home!!

  Most ridiculous roofing company out there. No safety set up. Constant cussing and no professionalism at all. Takes almost 3 or 4 days to complete a 25 sq resheet and reroof between 6 to 8 guys! Pathetic! Dont use them!

  I know picking a company for roofing might by intimidating, especially since it is a lot out of pocket that you weren't wanting to spend.. but I had an outstanding experience with this roofing company! From the very beginning, Mike, my point of contact, made the process smooth and stress-free. He was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and guide me through each step. The crew was professional, punctual, careful, and amazing with their work, ensuring that every detail of my roof was done perfectly. The quality of their work is exceptional, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing anything done regarding their roofs—from inspections and repairs to full replacements. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. My home looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!   T&G Roofing Did an entire roof replacement of concrete tiles on our home. They were incredibly professional, accommodating to special requests, and I really felt as if they treated our home as if it were their own. We had brand new stamped concrete done prior to the roof replacement and they went out of their way to make sure no heavy duty trucks or equipment drove onto our new concrete as to minimize any risks of cracking. Overall the job was done in a very timely manner and we could not be happier with the results. Pricing, Timeliness, and professionalism were all at an all time high and I cannot recommend them more.

  I cannot say enough about T & G Roofing and Solar! Their service has been spectacular since our first call to them! In 2015 after interview and accepting many bids we decided to go with T & G Roofing and Solar as they were professional and easy to work with. We had they replace our roof and add solar! We were thrilled with each and every step of the process. Now we learned they were both professional and efficient, BONUS!! Upon completion of the installation of our solar system T & G did all the background work and our solar was up and running in short order. Let me tell you once of my neighbors had solar through another company and it took months and months with countless arguments and blame sharing before their solar was working, if it’s even working now years later. Fast forward to January 2025. The winds were the worst I’ve seen in over a decade, we lost a few singles off our roof. I called and left a voicemail for them before they opened. They called me back right away. Roof is under warranty, Sweet! From that point on I didn’t need to think about it again. Within a week our roof had been repaired. Again top notch professionalism! If you are looking into a new roof or solar I cannot recommend them enough! They walk their talk!

  We had our electrical main panel replaced by T & G roofing. They did an excellent job. The power was off for only 3 hours as they had promised. The panel we bought is set up for solar and backup generator ready. I highly recommend T & G for future electrical and/or solar needs.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with T&G Roofing for the replacement of my roof. From start to finish, my experience was excellent. The T&G Roofing team arrived at my home early every morning, ready to work. They were always polite, professional, and respectful of my property. Every day before leaving the job, they cleaned up around my property, ensuring there were no nails or debris left lying around to get run over or stepped on. The quality of the workmanship was top-notch. They used high-quality materials and followed the latest building codes. They also paid close attention to detail, ensuring that the roof was installed correctly and looked great. Miguel, the project lead, was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and kept me informed of the progress of the project. He also made sure that any concerns I had were addressed promptly. I was particularly impressed with how well the roof stood up to our first rain last month in November. There were no leaks or issues whatsoever. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with the services provided by T&G Roofing. Their work exceeded my expectations.   T&G did my roof and solar a year ago. I’m so happy to see two other homes in my neighborhood using them. I know they will be very happy. I was then working with them at the time and so happy with my roof and system now. Electric bill from $445/mo to $12!! I couldn’t be happier.

  T&G roofing just completed the roof repair in my house and I was very pleased. It took me one month before making a decision and I thank God I had chosen T&G.   Outstanding job and service from beginning to the end. They keep you informed and they educate you about the process. Changing a roof can be a scary matter and you want to do it right the first time. T&G Roofing makes it happen! Highly recommended!

  I called Mike at T&G after a pretty bad windstorm a couple months back. He came out immediately and gave us some different options and even worked with our insurance company to make sure we were getting what was fair. The roof turned out great and the guys were professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. Getting multiple compliments from the neighbors too. Thanks T&G!
