Doesn’t make appointments or follow up. Entirely missed first appointment - didn't even call. I called them, stupidly, to set up another appointment later that day. Roof was inspected (taking more of my time). Pictures taken. Never got the estimate. So, yeah, this is what happens. (Absolutely correct number and company.)

I couldn’t be happier with JP Roofing! From start to finish, they were reliable, professional, and great with communication. Their knowledge and craftsmanship really stand out — you can tell they take pride in their work. I got three quotes before choosing JP Roofing; they weren’t the lowest, but definitely not the highest either, and I’m so glad I went with them. The quality and reliability were well worth it. These guys are the best — highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch roofing company!

JP Roofing was a great company to work with. They completed the roof fast and stayed in communication with me throughout the process and sent me pictures and videos. They are very professional, and they do what they say they will do. I highly recommend them.

Great roofing company. I had my roof completed June 2021 and still looks like new. I got estimates from 3 more companies and these guys were the best choice mainly because of knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. Not a lot companies know how to work with a flat roof that also had damage because of the previous incorrectly installed roof. There was one company that the owner ashamed us for the damage that the previous roof caused. It’s a family owned business and with people who know how to deal with difficulties from rooting to terminates. I liked their service so much I also got termite repair and 2 porches replaced from plastic roof to wood. Whenever I can I recommend them to other people. They also facilitated all the city permits. We are not stressed anymore during raining season.

I am in the real estate industry and it’s great when you can find professional roofers with great customer service and JP roofing is just that. I was referred to Raymond by my neighbor who had work done on his roof. We have been completely satisfied. He aims to please. I love how he shows you the before and after pictures when the work is completed. Will definitely recommend to my clients.
