Frankly, it was a terrible experience. They installed the roof, only to return a week later to fix a leak. Irresponsibly, they damaged the terrace roof by walking their full weight across it, causing it to buckle in the middle and leading to water pooling. I've had to prop it up to prevent it from collapsing under the weight of the water. I've been waiting for four years for them to repair the damage they refused to fix, even though they are 100% responsible. They never installed the gutters, and the roof still doesn't have them. And to top it all off, they still charged me for the entire installation. Frankly, it was a terrible experience. They installed the roof, only to have to come back a week later to fix a leak. They acted irresponsibly and damaged the terrace roof by walking across the flat surface with their full weight; this caused it to buckle in the middle and led to water pooling, forcing me to prop it up to prevent a collapse under the weight of the water. I have now been waiting four years for them to fix the damage—for which they are 100% responsible—yet they have refused to do so. They never installed the gutters; the roof is still without them, and—most notably—they collected the full payment.

After Hurricane Ian, I had a few quotes from roofing companies. Sybo Roofing gave me a reasonable quote and i went with Sybo Roofing. Greg and and Debbie dealt with me directly through the process. Unlike other companies who wanted to deal directly with the insurance company. Their crew were quick and professional replacing and getting the new roof up to code. Greg and Debbie run an ethical professional business and I would suggest anyone needing a new roof to give them a call.

We hired SYBO roofing after Hurricane Ian destroyed the roofs on 2 of our homes. From the outset, they were helpful in a crucial time, and exhibited the highest level of professionalism throughout the entire process. They were very affordable without compromising value. We highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Sybo Roofing of Punta Gorda. Greg, Debbie and Tristan and the crew are the best! They re-did my roof after Hurricane Ian and did a great job. They show up on time and do a great job cleaning up after also and they are by far the best price around.

For Roofing, the only name you need to know is SYBO! Veteran owned, Debbie and Greg take excellent care of you from start to finish. Meticulous and detail oriented, they are on top of your roof literally at every stage. I’ve done a lot of business with SYBO and there’s a reason why I keep coming back - they’re the Best!
