  I gave them a 2star rating due to the fact they have not acknowledged my email or call. I understand that Ian has made them very busy but some response would be appreciated.

  Wish I could give a rating,but we never heard from them. Really wanted an estimate for new roof replacement after the hurricane. I am sorry for a 2 star rating, I said I wish I could give a rating,when this review came on my phone we hadn't seen you for an estimate yet. I was simply stating that I couldn't give a rating. How a 2 star rating was given,I have no idea. That was the first time ever that i was asked to give a rating so I don't know how it works. I sincerely hope that rating can be deleted.

  Its disheartening that you would give us 2 stars given what we are dealing with, and the effort we are putting in to get everyone an estimate. We have not taken "1" day off since the storm most days start well before the sun rises and many end after midnight. We are not nor have ever claimed to be storm chasers and have served this community for well over 50 years our list of people waiting on estimates is overwhelming but i can assure you we are doing what we can to get them out. You nor anyone else is obligated to wait on an estimate from our company but to review us based off of waiting for an estimate and not our work is wrong. Best of luck to you and to whoever you signed a contract with to replace your roof.

  I had contacted this company on Friday June 26th to see if they could install a dryer vent on my roof and they had stated they could install that by Wednesday July 1st. Never showed up or called me, on Thursday July 2nd I called the company to see when they were planning on coming and I was told not this week. Very disappointed in this company as if they couldn't do my job then they shouldn't have told me they could as we were only in Florida for a few days yet. Hired someone else to take care of my problem!

  I'm sorry for the inconvenience you should not have been told we could install your vent in a weeks time. This pandemic has been very hard on our schedule most of our repairs are being turned away because of our schedule. We pride ourselves on customer service and sincerely apologize.

  They came out and did an estimate for us. We approved it a few days later and asked them to come out to do the work. Five phone calls and a month later and no response. I can't get them to even return our phone calls or give us a reason …

  Kuykendall Roofing.... very impressive company. They showed up within 24 hours of requesting an estimate. I was a to get gutters around my home within a week of contacting them. The work they did looks great. Kuykendall price was far better than other roofing/gutter companies I called for an estimate. They laughed at the prices of other companies. I quote "the other companies must be charging Ian prices". Good company, good quality, good prices and good people. I would definitely call them again if the need ever occurred.

  Kuykendall Roofing did an amazing job for us on our Lanai roof first , fair price and done quickly! Then 3 hurricanes later and they came out again and gave a a price for the new roof on our home and once again out did themselves. I needed help with documents and pictures and they did not hesitate to quickly get me everything I needed. Thank you to everyone..you will always get a glowing referral from us every time!

  Kuykendall replaced our roof, my son's roof, and performed fascia and soffit repairs at my daughter's home. They do an excellent job and are very responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them!

  So happy I selected Kuykendall Roofing to do my Gutters. They did such a fantastic job. Rich came out and explained all what they will do and provides a quote. He answered all my questions and was very patient as I had many questions. He then scheduled the job and reached out multiple times asking if I have any other questions-fantastic customer service. Also the installers Chris and Aaron did a great job. They were professional and I couldn't be happier with their workmanship and professionalism. Office staff down to the installers were all great. Also Rich came back after the project to do a walk around and ask if I am happy or have any questions. I will definitely do business with them again. Nice to see a company that has great customer service, quality products and professional installation and does what they say their going to do. Thank you to the entire team.
