I hired Eric to build a deck for me. He did not attach the ledger boards correctly. He just anchored them into the brick and screwed them into the exiting sunroom without proper support. He did not follow the contract on putting the posts on bases until I called him out on it, and when he did pour the bases they were not properly sized according to code. Worst of all he poured a post base overlapping our septic tank which could have caused it to fail. When I asked Eric if the deck would be able to pass inspection he gave me a full refund and quit, which made it clear that he did not pull a permit and had no intention of following code. If you're expecting to have your job done right with proper permits and code, then go with someone other than All American Aluminum Specialists.

This company doesn't stand by their work.

I'm sorry you have had a bad experience, however I don't think it was with our company as I have no record of anyone with your name. There have been multiple pop-up companies after the hurricane from out of the area. Hope you get in contact with the correct company as we have no record of correspondence.
