  You have got to be kidding me that a non customer is allowed tp review something this irrelevant and it be allowed to stay as a review. Thus the problem with online reviews. We never did any work for this customer, never met this customer because he never was a customer.

  Be careful with this company they damaged my roof when they installed my siding and didn't tell me.I had over 20shingles replaced and when I called the owner he didn't respond.

  My experience with Pete and the whole team at SWS Roofing was great! They installed my new roof in early June and its beautiful. Pete answered all my questions and helped me choose a good shingle brand and color. He also explained my options with gutter replacement and there was no pressure - just good info. The installation crew led by Nick was very professional and the cleanup was thorough. I had a few other options and I'm so glad I chose SWS.

  Pete was easy to work with. His crew did a fantastic job on our siding, soffits, fascia, gutters along with a knockout front porch update! You can tell when people take pride in their work and it definitely showed with our project! Thank you.

  We had extensive hail damage that required new windows and a new roof and gutters. Pete and SWS helped guide us thru a difficult and stressful time. They were affordable and their work was excellent. The job was done in a timely matter and they treated our home with respect by keeping a very clean job site. With the difficulties of dealing with insurance and managing a job this size, I would highly recommend Pete and SWS and would definitely use them again.

  Pete from SWS Roofing came out and gave me a quote on my 25 year old roof and gutters. The quote was much more reasonable than the others I received and they use quality materials. The roof and gutter install was done timely and the crew was courteous and professional. My new roof and gutters look and function great!

  We had hail damage and needed our siding replaced, and after doing some research we came across SWS Roofing. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Pete came out quickly to take a look, assess the damage, and provide us with an estimate. He was professional, approachable, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. I’ll just say it up front — the workmanship and professionalism were outstanding. Pete and his crew did a top-notch job replacing both our siding and gutters. The end result looks absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. Our home has a completely refreshed look thanks to their hard work. One thing that really stood out was how patient and helpful Pete was before the project even began. My wife and I were going back and forth on siding colors, and Pete gave us his expert opinion without ever being pushy. He even showed us photos of past projects so we could visualize the options better. That extra time and guidance made all the difference in helping us feel confident in our choice. Another big plus was communication. Pete was incredibly responsive any time we had a question — whether it was by phone, text, or email, he got back to us quickly and always with a friendly, detailed response. He explained the process thoroughly at every step, so we always felt informed and comfortable. That kind of responsiveness is rare these days, and we really appreciated it. Overall, we are beyond happy and satisfied with the work from SWS Roofing. The combination of excellent craftsmanship, great communication, and true professionalism made this a stress-free experience. We have already started recommending Pete and his team to friends and family without hesitation, and will absolutely turn to SWS Roofing again for any future roofing or siding needs.   I highly recommend Pete and his crew from SWS. We had major storm damage and decided to go with the Google reviews as opposed to the dozens of contractors that came door-to-door. There are four reasons I'd recommend SWS: 1) Communication - the owner Pete gave me his cell phone and responded immediately day or night with any questions we had; very easy to schedule both roof and gutters and always responsive; 2) Care/Quality - We have an in-ground pool and bar setup near the house; Pete came by the day before the roof install with his crew to personally ensure everything was well-protected from nails and the related debris that comes with any roofing job - everything was protected and the cleanup was very well done; his foreman Nick was also a true professional and took pride in his crew doing high quality work 3) Details - Pete and team handled the permitting very quickly and we were one of the first houses completed (others waited months for permits). When we were picking out shingles, it was hard to make a decision based on the brochures, so he gave us multiple addresses in the area with the actual shingles we had narrowed down to. Once we saw them the decision was easy; 4) Honesty - we had a pre-approved claim from insurance and shared openly it with Pete. He could have taken full advantage but instead was very honest and fair in what was billed. He also got the paperwork in quickly to insurance which helped in getting the claim processed. I highly recommend SWS.
