  When using this company, you should be very careful and ask yourself whether you are dealing with a legitimate business or something more like a gangster-style operation. Here is what happened: I found this company on Google Maps and saw that it had decent reviews, so I contacted them. A technician from the company came to assess the roof repair area and provide an estimate. I agreed to the estimate and scheduled the work to start at 8:00 a.m. Issue 1: At around 7:00 a.m. this morning, two people I had never seen before showed up in my backyard and started preparing to work. I was very surprised because I did not recognize them. They told me that Supreme Roof had subcontracted the job to them. In other words, Supreme Roof was not using its own in-house workers to repair my roof. Instead, the company took the job and then subcontracted it to someone else. I was not told this before signing the contract. I thought their own in-house crew would be doing the roof repair. Issue 2: Between the time Supreme Roof’s technician inspected my roof and the scheduled repair date, my HOA had already sent someone to repair the roof once. As a result, Supreme Roof did not replace the shingles, flashing, OSB, or other major items listed in the contract. They only replaced a small piece of fascia, which was about one-tenth of the work described in the contract. However, the company owner told me that because I signed the contract, I had to pay the full contract amount of $1,250, and not a single dollar could be deducted. During my phone conversation with the company owner, I felt like I was dealing with a gangster-style business. Their workers then loaded the shingles, OSB, and other unused materials back into their vehicle and left, but the company still charged me the full $1,250. If this had happened simply because I failed to communicate with them in advance, that would already be bad enough. But what happened next was even more unreasonable.
