  Michael Kaiser was so knowledgeable and helpful with inspecting our roof, documenting hail and wind damage and assisting us with submitting a claim to our insurance company for a full roof and gutter replacement. Once approved, he scheduled two crews who worked from sunup to sundown to complete the roofing job in one day. Communication and coordination throughout the process was strong and the quality of work is excellent! Our new roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend Kaiser Roofing!

  Had a great experience working with Kaiser Roofing from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with a high level of professionalism. Chase was our representative, and he was excellent to work with. He was prompt, friendly, responsive, and clearly very knowledgeable about the roofing options and process. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, answered all of our questions, and helped us navigate choices while staying mindful of our budget, without any pressure. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in how they treat their customers.   Mike was the consummate professional. I was particularly impressed by the fact that of all the roofing companies I worked to receive a quote from he was the only person that asked to go inside my actic to view any damage instead of relying on drones alone. He was friendly and provided a fair quote. I would recommend anyone to reach out to Kaiser Siding and Roofing. Good people there.

  Excellent service. Easy to work with, good follow up, kept us informed of any changes. Always on time, fair price quote, good clean up and good follow up even when job done to make sure we were pleased. Would highly recommend this company as was enjoyable working with them.   Kaiser Roofing was very thorough working through the process of meeting with the Insurance adjustor on 3 separate occasions. They detailed all the damage and quantified the total damage to our roof in a very concise way. They worked with the insurance company in a way that I couldn’t even though I have some experience in construction.. They also helped with moving our outdoor furniture and covered all our landscape to prevent damage. Additionally, they also cleaned up all old roofing materials and scrapes after they were finished. You cannot tell that we had our roof was replaced except for the look of the house. Thank you Mike Kaiser.

Roof replacement completed in Stone Mountain, GA, using Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration AR shingles in Driftwood, installed by our Platinum Preferred crew. The AR stands for algae resistant, and it matters more in Georgia than most homeowners realize. The dark streaking on the original roof was not dirt. It was algae, which is common across the metro in our humidity, and once it takes hold the only options are living with it or cleaning it. AR shingles carry copper granules that release gradually and prevent it from returning. Scope included a full tear-off of the existing laminate shingles, RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment, self-adhering ice and water shield at the vulnerable areas, and complete chimney flashing replacement. This was a steep slope roof, so the crew worked in rope and harness throughout. The pool and patio were tarped before the first shingle came off.
