Dear Danielle Barnes, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. At ATD Roofing, we deeply regret any miscommunication or misunderstanding that may have occurred. We always strive to operate with absolute transparency and uphold an honest business model. We were very concerned to hear about your mother's experience. We make it a policy to clearly explain our terms of service and any potential costs to customers before having them sign any agreement. If this was not the case, we sincerely apologize and are taking serious strides to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We are happy to know that the issue was addressed, and your mother was apologized to. As always, we appreciate your feedback as it plays a pivotal role in our quality improvement.

I had hail/wind damage on the roof and other areas of my home. ATD stepped in immediately with their team from start to finish to insure all necessary repairs were done. I had a lot of difficulties with my homeowners insurance company at first. The ATD Atlanta team with their knowledge/expertise stepped in as mediators with the insurance company until the replacement and all other damages were approved!. They were a blessing to me as a homeowner. Their care and commitment to me as a client was invaluable. Thank you to Kevin, Devon and the Atlanta team for a beautiful new roof and a job well done!!👏🏽
