  I will not use this company. They did not stand behind their work. I paid for a 30 year roof and it looks horrible after 15 years.

  Had a roof completely replaced. Had to call them back out when the roof was sagging. Was told there was rotten wood that needed to be replaced. So why wasn’t that replaced when they did the whole new roof? Fast forward a few years later, have the same thing all over in the exact same spot. Called superior because we have a ten year warranty just to be told they can come out and look but it will cost us 375.00. Obviously, it’s the same problem as before and should be covered under the warranty. The person we spoke to was not professional or friendly. She acted as if we had a lot of nerve mentioning the warranty. I would not recommend doing business with this company at all.

  Unprofessional been waiting 3 weeks for a roof inspection letter eveytime I call they give me a run around that the inspection was done and the letter will be completed today they will call me when it’s ready never call back I call them every week and same thing. Wouldn’t recommend

  Superior Roofing repaired our roof approximately 3 years ago or atleast that is what I thought. Fast forward 3 years later, and we have a leak in the same location, now paired with other issues. The best Superior could do was advise us that there is no warranty on their work, they can't provide an estimate to repair the area again, but they can provide a quote for an entire new roof (which their worker stated we did not need when he came out for a visual assessment). Or, their last alternative was for us to pay them for an inspection typed up on their letterhead, which they were unsure how much that would cost. I could then take said document and have another contractor provide repairs. At the outset of our inquiry into this issue, we never received a return call. l had to go in person. We were told written documentation would be provided once the roof was accessed , and the owner would come out to our home himself for follow up behind his workers. Outside of the workers coming, none of that happened. I had to follow up with them and was spoken to as if I was less than or an inconvenience. I typically don't leave reviews, but the "repair" cost my husband and I over a thousand dollars initially and has turned into a bigger issue now. I understand anything can happen in any profession, but what i don't understand is the lack of professionalism. I hope this helps someone else.

  I will not recommend Superior to anyone. They have gave us the run around for 6 months or more. We have a problem with our roof leaking and it’s under warranty. So we feel like it’s their problem but we just keep getting pushed back on the list. Very unprofessional! Superior used to be a very well known company in Greenwood but now they are going down hill with their services.

  Superior roofing did an amazing job on our roof, they were very professional and do fast quality work, not to mention they started on our roof at 6:45 and finished at 11:30 and repaired damaged wood areas. That is crazy fast. Will recommend anyone who needs anything roof related to give these guys a call. 10/10!!!

  I can’t say enough good things about Superior Roofing! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Bridget in the office was fantastic with communication. She kept me updated every step of the way, so I always knew exactly when the crew would arrive and what to expect. That level of communication made the whole process stress-free. Anthony and his crew did an exceptional job replacing my roof. They took the time to point out several things that had been done incorrectly by the previous installer and made sure everything was corrected and done the right way. It’s clear they take pride in their workmanship, and the finished roof looks excellent. I was especially impressed with the care they took to protect my property. I’ve never seen so many tarps in my life! They laid tarps approximately 20 feet out all the way around my house to make sure no debris ended up in my yard or damaged anything. Their attention to detail was incredible. The cleanup was just as impressive. Not a single scrap of trash was left behind—in fact, I think they may have cleaned up a few things that were already there! They also replaced my rotten fascia boards and reinstalled the trim, leaving everything looking better than ever. Superior Roofing exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a roofing company that communicates well, does quality work, and truly cares about your home, look no further. Five stars, highly recommend! Without a doubt, the best roofing operation in the Greenwood area.
