Hello Diane, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for any confusion regarding your project details and will review our records to ensure we haven't missed any calls from you. Please know that we have made every effort to return your calls promptly. As discussed and agreed upon when the contract was signed, the cost for decking repairs cannot be determined until the shingles are removed and we can assess the actual condition underneath. Additionally, the contract allows our crew up to 5 days to reinstall solar panels after removal. We value your business and would be happy to review the contract with you at your convenience to address any concerns. We look forward to speaking with you soon and resolving this matter.

The team at Modern Roofing is top notch. They are very professional and very helpful. They made a job I was dreading seem like a cake walk. Let me talk about the crew just a little. They had just about every obstacle you can image thrown at them, but it did not slow them down a bit. They did top notch work in a timely manner. The new roof looks awesome. Thanks to the whole crew at Modern Roofing. You guys have made me a very happy customer.

When storm season ramps up in Pelzer, do you know what separates a reliable roofing contractor from one that will leave you with more problems than you started with? Homeowners should verify that any roofing contractor they hire carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage — if they do not, you could be liable for on-site injuries. Beyond credentials, look for a local roofing contractor with verifiable reviews, clear written estimates, and a crew that communicates consistently from start to finish. Storm season brings out plenty of fly-by-night contractors. Don't let urgency push you into a bad decision! Contact Modern Roofing today and work with a roofing contractor you can actually trust. http://modernroofingusa.com/locations/roofer-pelzer-sc/ May 22, 2026Learn more
