  Unethical company that pulled off shingles on my roof to trick me and my insurance company to thinking there was damage. Should have have their license revoked.

  I wasn't going to leave a reiview, but they asked, so... The only positive I can think of is the person who handled it, Ryan. He was responsive and at least tried his best. The work however was done extremely poorly and was not done as stated in contract. Pretty sure I could have made them rip it all off and start over if I was willing to deal with the hassle it would have involved. So, NO, I would not recommend them!!

  Extremely disappointed with them. Contacted them to come and give a quote due to the recent hurricane that damaged our roof. The representative came out and was very thorough and made us feel very confident in their service. We also had others come to quite the job but again felt confident with Fraser. Shortly after that, about 2 weeks, we had some minor rain that caused the water to leak inside. We called the representative and he came out and personally got on our roof to add a tarp to help prevent any further damage.AMAZING! Again we spoke, he said we should have a quote within a couple of days and we could get the work scheduled right after that. Still we felt confident they would be the right company we just needed to get the quote. We understood there are many others in our same situation so we were patient. Then about a week later, we get more rain. This time downpours and the roof leaked again and the ceiling in our child’s bedroom collapsed!! We called AGAIN to see when we could expect to get a quote, probably sign paperwork to get the job on the schedule, give them the deposit and to let them know what happened with the ceiling. They sent out a tech the next day to “seal” the screws or what ever which again we appreciated because we haven’t even agreed to use them yet. But at this point no supervisor or the representative is even calling or texting us back. A few days later we STILL HAVENT RECIVED ANY REPONSE. It rains again and the roof leaks again. We are now clearly being ghosted. I understand that the roofing companies are extremely busy but a month later an we haven’t even gotten a written quote or anything for the job, they don’t return any more calls and apparently don’t need our business. We had other companies come out and they gave us written quotes within 24 hours but we still waited to hear from Fraser and nothing. So my child has no bedroom to sleep in. We can’t even have the contractor start on the repairs until the roof is repaired an

  Will came out and looked at our roof. He explained what needed to be done and that he can take care of it. He gave us a quote but he also needed to send it to our insurance. He never did. He then went on vacation for a couple of weeks. We reached out to the company explaining the issue and they said someone would contact us. They never did. Will has still yet to respond to our emails. We have moved on from this dumpster fire. Note to roofing companies, if you don't want to accept a job, just say it. Don't string a customer along that needs a leaking roof repaired.

  Terrible service!!!!! Destroyed my home. Left my home with several leaks that destroyed my home inside and out.! Save your time and money call a professional. Do Not use Frasier Roofing llc Will Wellburn continue to lie to us about repairing our home. We are so stress since the day after they completed my roof back in 2022. It’s now April 2024 and we are still trying to get the problems they created fixed.

  I thought Fraser Roofing company had integrity. This company took our deposit and when it was determined we would not be using their services as a result of their sales manager stacking the price, they have failed to return our money!! It’s been over (3) weeks since the initial request for a refund. I was told a check would be mailed out on 6/19/23. So the following week I contacted them again and was told it was mailed out on 6/20/23 due to the holiday and that the mail system is slow. At this point I’m convinced a carrier pigeon would have been faster! If you are looking for a company you can trust, you may want to keep looking.*****UPDATE***** This company sent a check for initial deposit within days of this post! The local office had nothing fair to offer.

  If you or someone you know is looking to have a new roof put on I would highly recommend Drew Durham. From our first time meeting with Drew both my wife and I felt very comfortable with him. Drew is not a pushy salesman he truly wants the best for you and goes the extra mile to see that you are satisfied. From start to finish Drew and his crew were very professional and courteous. Drew doesn’t just make sure everything is to your satisfaction when the job is completed. He has contacted us several times to make sure everything is ok and we have no leaks or loose shingles’s.

  Completely satisfied with the job that Frazier roofing did. Cory and Jessica did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the process. Cleanup was very thorough.Definitely would recommend Frazier!

  I needed some roof and gutter work done quickly for a house closing, they were able to get it scheduled and completed within a couple of days. Whenever I had a question I would get a timely response. Highly recommend!
