  This is the most unprofessional scheduling I've ever seen. I was rescheduled due to "weather" on a clear day, to the next Monday between 2pm and 5pm. Then the technician reached out at 6:00pm the night before and tried to make me meet him at 10am that Monday ,while I'm at work, and gave me no alternative. I ended up just canceling the appointment due to how unpleasant my experience with both technicians was.

  Good morning. I see most of your reviews are in the Birmingham area we are based in Oxford 65miles east. We rarely get any calls from the Birmingham area. Is it possible you may have the wrong company? Can you please provide your phone #, day we have spoke, and whom you may have spoken to so I can review our records? If it was us you spoke to is there anyway possible we can earn your business back?

  The level of professionalism from superior is unmatched. These guys work hard, do the job correctly, and keep the customer happy. They will have always have me as a customer in the event I need roof work. Thanks Jared, Harley, and the crew for an outstanding job on replacing my roof!

  We are very happy with the work done by Superior Roofing. They answered all the questions we came up with and are just really great people. Definitely will recommend to anyone that needs work done. They are a 10 in our book!

  Harley was thorough and transparent about cost. They were very timely in getting the work scheduled and completed. Communicated on the progress with photos during the day. For me, they were the right choice.

  I never imagined being so impressed & proud of a job well done as I am with the results of Superior Roofing. Jared, Harley & all the crew have been such a pleasure to deal with & to have on my property for a couple days. Also, never thought I'd look at a roof as "pretty" until now!!   Had some storm damage and I called them up. They came out quickly and gave me a full rundown of what needed repair. Fast, friendly, and professional work. These are the guys you want if you need a new roof

  Excellent customer service and quality work. They did my new roof a year ago and just finished another family member's roof. They showed up on time, did exceptional work, cleaned up everything and treated us with the utmost respect. I highly recommend. Call them with your roofing needs. You will not be disappointed.

  I have been following this company for over 3 years. They post pictures of their competed projects on FB. This company does an amazing job, they pay attention to detail and fix issues as they come up. They don't shortcut the job, they do it right. They keep a supervisor on the job at all times to be sure everything is done to specs. Harley, Jared, Logan and Skip were here most of the time ensuring that the job was done right and did an extensive review of the completed job to be sure nothing was wrong with the installation. If you are in the market to get a roof installed, I highly recommend this company. It is money well spent.
