These people quoted us a price and told us what they were going to do because the roof needed a little redesigning but when it came to it they said they couldn't do it and the price stayed the same and we had so many problems trying to get them to finish the job. When it came to the payment what we was told was we paid half in the beginning and after we pay the rest. But when they finally came to collect the other half they said it will be twice as much. We told them we had the half we were told about and never paid the other money that came out of nowhere.

I called Sunshine Roofing last Friday for a new gutter installation and they had someone out on Monday to give me an estimate and had the job done on Wednesday. Quick, responsive, and fair on price. Definitely recommend!

We noticed a leak in our roof and called Brad that night. Jimmy was out to assess the damage the next day and the repairs were complete in a matter of hours. 10/10 service and communication! Brad and Jimmy will be our first call for any future roofing needs.

I couldn't ask for a better experience from price to quality. If it wasn't for the new beautiful roof I would not have known they had even been there. Great communication from start to finish. I loved the Pic of different steps of the project.

On time, every time, knowledgeable and professional. Jimmy was the best. He was honest and told me exactly what was wrong and showed me the pictures. I have had lots of roofers in the past and none as good as him.

I reached out to Brad with concerns about a roof leak, and to my surprise, he had a repair technician at our home the very next morning—despite an approaching hurricane. While other companies were quoting me wait times of a week or more, their responsiveness was unmatched. Jimmy, account services tech & roofer who came out, was polite, respectful, punctual, and highly efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair during the same appointment. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase unnecessary services—unlike previous roofers who pushed for a full roof replacement (on our 2020 roof!) for a single leak. Outstanding service, professionalism, and integrity from start to finish. I highly recommend them- their card will stay on my fridge! Thanks Brad & Jimmy!

Best Roofing Experience Ever – Ask for Jimmy! I recently had the pleasure of working with Jimmy from Sunshine Roofing, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had with any contractor. From the very first consultation, Jimmy was incredibly understanding, patient, and professional. He took the time to really explain everything to me in a way I could understand, which made the whole process stress-free. What stood out most was how knowledgeable he is when it comes to roofs – he clearly knows his craft inside and out. He answered all of my questions with confidence and transparency, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. His attention to detail and dedication to getting things done right made a huge difference. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and takes pride in their work, Jimmy is your guy. I can’t recommend him or Sunshine Roofing enough!

Why Ocoee Homeowners Should Schedule a Roof Inspection Before Hurricane Season Hurricane season can bring strong winds, heavy rain, and flying debris to Central Florida. For Ocoee homeowners, scheduling a professional roof inspection before storms arrive is one of the smartest ways to protect your home and avoid costly repairs. A roofing inspection can identify loose shingles, damaged flashing, worn sealants, clogged roof valleys, and hidden leaks before they become major problems. Even minor damage can allow water to enter your attic during a hurricane, leading to mold, insulation damage, and expensive structural repairs. Early inspections also give homeowners time to complete necessary roof repairs before roofing contractors become overwhelmed after a storm. A well-maintained roof is more likely to withstand severe weather and may even simplify insurance claims by documenting your roof's condition before hurricane season. If your roof is over 10 years old or you've noticed missing shingles, water stains, or sagging areas, don't wait until the first tropical storm warning. A preventative roof inspection provides peace of mind and helps keep your family and property safe. Need a trusted roofing company in Ocoee, FL? Contact Sunshine Roofing today to schedule a comprehensive roof inspection and prepare your home for hurricane season.Aug 5, 2026Learn more
