I called and set up an appointment early october. Travis came out and went on the roof and inspected everything. I wanted a full roof replacement. He said he would have an estimate to me by the end of the day or the next day at most. (This was october 13th) I texted him several times with no answer. I called the office and was told he was in a meeting and would contact me back afterwords. Several days past (must be a long meeting) and he texted me he was busy and would get it to me. Here we are on the 31st with still no quote or estimate. I guess I will get services elsewhere. Don't waste your time with them like they wasted my time.

We do not have Crown Maintenance in our records for any estimates, and we tried to contact them to resolve this issue. We apologize and try to send out estimates within the day or week of the estimate. Usually if we do not send out estimates within the week, there are some resolving details that need to be discussed with the customer.

Said they'd come back to fix an issue that was identified. Been months and heard/seen nothing.

Just saw one of their vehicles not stop at a flashing red light on number 6 Rd in rush. It is the 2nd time I've seen someone from this company do this in a week. Hopefully they can get to the bottom of it before somebody is killed

Orest and Sasha of Sunset Roofing put in a full day at our place and fixed EVERYTHING! They not only removed the giant tree that was stuck in the roof of our garage, but also fixed the enormous hole it left behind AND the damage to our drip cap from a SEPARATE tree that fell on our house. They cleaned both roofs and the area around it all before leaving, and did it all without waking my sick husband. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for better work or more dedicated workers!

I recently had a roof installed by Sunset Roofing. I want to express my most sincere appreciation to Travis for a job very well done. Travis was very prompt and professional from start to finish and went far above and beyond all expectation. Not only was I satisfied with their work I can also say that their quote was better than the rest. If you're planning to have a roofing work done this spring I highly recommend Sunset Roofing. Make sure to ask for Travis. I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Make sure if your getting roofing quotes you give Sunset a call. I had already received 3 other quotes for a complete tear off from other companies before calling Sunset. They were between 15K-25K. I had water coming in around the chimney …

Rich and his crew of five from Ecuador did a complete home tear off plus replacement deck of the main dwelling roof. They also replaced our gazebo roof deck. This was done 14 months ago and is performing well. They properly improved details like soffit airflow vents, fascia and rake covers, some sub structure repair and ridge venting. The drip edges, started courses, valley finishes and shingle placements are all properly done. The crew was quiet, focused and fast. Materials flowed without delay. Travis did a great job at studying our needs, advising and cost quoting such that there were no surprises. I hope this team is still working together, they know how to do the job well and they were a pleasure to discuss details and watch them work. The gutter sub contractor also did the job well; accurate strong and properly sealed.

Travis and his entire team were a joy to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and reliable as well as personable and relatable. They completed a tear-off re-roof as well as installing new gutters. We will be contacting the team again for another home we own. Thank you, Travis and your team, for a job well done.

I would highly recommend Travis and his crew. Travis was very thoughtful and professional, was on site before and after the roof installation on the same day, and followed up with me a year later. Great business!
