  Dear Kesavan, Thanks for your message. I want to clarify a few things to avoid any further misunderstandings. First, your roof is totally fine, and you are not my client, and I did not do any work for you directly. The roofing work was completed 3 years ago for the previous property owner, with whom I had the contract. As such, I was under no obligation to provide any service or information to you. Your main concern was to provide you with roof information. I provided photos and answered all your questions — by phone and text — regarding roofing details, warranty coverage, and manufacturer information. I even agreed to transfer the warranty at no charge, as a courtesy. Despite this, you repeatedly contacted me with the same questions in an aggressive manner, even while I was driving, and you knew I was driving. This has caused significant stress and feels like harassment. Unfortunately, your review contains inaccurate claims, including that I stopped support right after the job was done ( before you even owned the property), and that I changed my story multiple times. That is not true. I simply chose to disengage after realizing this situation was not improving and I no longer wished to be treated this way. In the past ten years, I have never declined a warranty transfer- until now. This decision is based solely on the negative experience and repeated stress I’ve encountered in this situation. I understand if you contacted me aggressively because your roof have any problems, it is understandable, and we will adjust any roof problem right away, but the truth is your roof is totally fine, and you just want the information of the roof which I provided to you already. I wish you all the best, and I hope your roof continues to serve you well.

  Where raplacing my neighbors roof and damaged our eaves and window walls. I appreciate that the manager personally came to the site and appologized and fixed the damage but it was caused by careless throwing of shingles off the neighbors …

  Hi Kevin, thanks a lot for the heads up and sorry again for the inconvenience. We did not expect some portion of your neighbour’s roof had three layers of old shingles. Those old shingles were extra crispy and became small pieces when we took it out. We tried our best to grab the bigger ones by hand but the smaller ones are hard to control. and hit your eaves. If you still not happy about the fixing, we will change a new one for you. And for the dropping plastic vent box, it is really hard when it is windy. We will be extra careful next time. It is not a easy job for the roofers on the top of the roof with sun heat, wind, and heavy shingles. They already tried their best. Thanks a lot for the understanding.   Extremely poor job quality and no warranty. I had new roof installed with them in May. In July two peaces were torn by wind and flew away. So I called them and was very surprised that wind damage does NOT covered under warranty. I contacted different contractor who fixed the damage and told me that all shingles was not properly 'tabed' and also were nailed with 3-4 nails instead of 10-12. Very disappointed.

  This is a fake review. If the wind blew away the shingles, it is covered under our 12 years warranty. We have never heard of any complaints about the missing shingles that we ignored so I am very sure this is a fake review. If you have any concerns, please call 647-213-5555. I will be happy to help.

  Very happy with the job done by Sunglow Roofing. Joanna did excellent job from the begining explaining the process, setting the expectation, communicating the progress of work at every stage and being available on site for the duration of the job doing her best to ensure all expectations are met and exceeded. Definately will recommend to anyone looking for replacing the roof

  I recently hired Sunglow Roofing to do a complete roof replacement. They were very transparent and detailed oriented throughout the entire process. I liked the fact that they used a drone to do pre, in process and post roofing photos to document the process and materials used. Yudy was responsive to any questions I had and explained the process and why certain materials or processes would be better than others. I was able to select the roofing shingles and vents that I wanted and they delivered on their promised timeline. The pricing was very competitive. On the day of work, a large crew arrived early, appropriately protected mine and my neighbors property before commencing work. They performed the work efficiently and finished in the evening the same day. Both Yudy and Joanna updated me throughout the day with drone photos and their crew did an admirable job cleaning the worksite afterwards. It is too early to comment on long term workmanship but based upon my experience I have complete confidence in their work and how it will stand up over the long haul. Thank you for a great job Sunglow Roofing!!!

  This is the most honest and professional service I have experienced in the last 30 years. I called up Joanna from Sunglow as my roof was leaking and she was there at the time she said she would be. It was the easiest and most comfortable experience I had hiring a contractor as she showed me drone footage of my roof and showed me and explained what the problem and solution was. Thanks Sunglow for the aswome work you did!!!

  Sunglow roofers are very professional I have received everything they promised me in the package. Here I would like to mention Yudy she is very professional and was very patient with me. She explained to me the whole process and what I will be receiving in the service. Every single step she takes pictures with Drone and answered my questions. The Roofing team came on time and finished on time. I would highly recommend these Roofers, They have amazing service with great prices.

  They did amazing work on my home and were very efficient! Yudit did a great job explaining our options and provided us with the best materials for the job. The drone shots were a great feature that we appreciated. Seeing the before and after pictures really makes a huge difference! Thanks again!

  Sunglow Roofing team did a really good job on my roof. The sales rep Joanna was recommended by one of my best friends. She came and explained all the details and stayed at the site when the roofers were doing the job to make sure everything goes well. Not only the roof work is good, the service is also excellent. Despite I had so many concerns, Joanna was patient to answer all my questions. Highly recommended.
