LET ME JUST START BY SAYING THIS! IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! I CALLED TO GET A QUOTE AND I WAS RUDELY HUNG UP THE VERY MOMENT I ASKED FOR HELP BEFORE I GOT TO EVEN SAY MY NAME, THEY WERE INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. HIS EXCUSE WAS THAT HE GETS ALOT OF COLD CALLS, SO WHAT YOUR GONNA HANG UP ON EVERYONE WHO ASKS FOR HELP?? THIS IS RIDICULOUS I CALLED CAPELA'S ROOFING AND WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING THEM.

They damaged my vehicle and refused to put it through insurance. They agreed to repair my vehicle at the shop of their choosing. I was informed that the repair would take 3 days, since I require my vehicle for work I asked for a rental, they said they’d work something out. I messaged a few times with no response, then finally, after them leaving it until the last second, was told they were unable to get me a rental vehicle. They agreed to compensate me for my loss of work. The repair ended up taking 4 days, so I lost an additional day of income. On top of that there was an issue at the shop and I will have to bring my vehicle back for a 5th full day. I still have yet to receive any compensation from them and they will not reply to my messages. I’m out approximately $1000 for their mistake, and can’t even get a response. They are dishonest and unwilling to correct their mistake.

Didn't discuss the repairs nor the price. The individual decided to make the repairs himself and then demanded the amount for the repairs. Repairs were made even though the individual himself said that the roof had to be replaced.

  Reply from the business

You called about missing tabs to be repaired. Haggeld on price and agreed on a amount . Work was completed and you got advised that you needed a new roof. Than you got sour about paying. Repairs still had to be made to your roof or you would of gotten water in your home.

I got call from The man himself. Says he will arrive in half hour. Never showed up Haven't heard from him since. I guess Business is going well to afford not to sevice potential customers. To pick and choose who you want to do business with must give himself a sense of empowerment.

Despite the inclement weather, they managed to get the job done in a timely manner. The house looks much better now, and hopefully good for a long time. Communication was good. Thanks!

Highly recommend Bosani roofing! Ben and his team were great. Very friendly and knowledgable. Ben was very patient with all my questions. We bought a new house and had to get the roof replaced as it was previously done incorrectly. Extremely happy with our new roof and knowing it was done correctly!

Thank you Tiffany! It was great working with you on the roof replacement. Fixing a roof that was installed incorrectly can be stressful, so we’re glad we could install everything properly and give you peace of mind with your new shingles. Ben and the team really appreciate the recommendation.

Highly recommend Bosani roofing for your shingles and eavestrough needs. Ben was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He was the only company that actually got on my roof to give a quote. Everything was thorough and well done. My in-law's used them a couple years ago and recommended them. I'm very pleased with my decision to go with Bosani roofing!

  Reply from the business

Thank you Vanessa! We appreciate the recommendation. Getting on the roof to properly inspect the shingles and eavestroughs helps us provide accurate quotes and make sure the work is done right the first time. Glad you’re happy with the finished result.

We just got my roof done (first of the season) because we are buying our house from the landlord. The guys did a fabulous job and I am quite happy with my new roof. There was a little hiccup (not with my roof) and after discussions with my landlord and one of the main roofers (Elvis), it was rectified. I will say that Elvis is a stand-up guy and made things right. One of his new guys had taken my late father’s ladder after using it. Elvis tried his best to find my dad’s ladder but to no avail. To make it right as best he could, Elvis went out and purchased me a new ladder. I hope this company realizes how great of a guy they have for doing what he could and representing the company well. Thank you Elvis, I appreciate it. You are a stand up guy 👍

Congratulations on buying the house, Christine! Thank you for trusting us to be your first major home improvement project of the season. A new roof is a big investment, and we are thrilled the team delivered a great result for you.

Had roof repaired by someone else, it failed, had a quote to redo half the roof for $9k. Bosani came over fixed the issue in about 90 mins for a very fair price. Bosani is the only roofer I will be calling going forward. Super honest, nice guy.

  Reply from the business

Thank you, Darren! It is unfortunately common to see failed roof repairs from other contractors, but we are always happy to step in and fix the issue properly the second time. We are glad we could save you from an unnecessary $9k half-roof replacement. Thanks for trusting Bosani Roofing with the repair!

Thought I might have needed a new roof as I had a couple leaks. Turns out my roof has a few more years of life and just needed some small fixes. Ben was prompt and honest in accessing our roof. Greatly appreciated! Will use in future.

  Reply from the business

Thanks for the review! Honest assessments are a core part of our business. If a roof leak only requires a targeted roof repair rather than a full replacement, we will always tell you. We are glad we could extend the life of your roof for a few more years!
