we are very pleased with the roofing and exterior work on our new garage in manchaca. the crew installed high-quality siding and a gutter system with guards, and the finished job looks excellent. the workmanship is some of the best we have seen, with strong attention to detail and a clean, professional installation. our gutter setup needed extra planning to fix a tricky water drainage issue that was specific to this roofline and structure. the team handled it with skill, experience, and smart problem-solving, and the water is now flowing away properly. we have nothing but positive things to say about antonio and the rest of the crew who completed both parts of the project.

I had two rental property roofs replaced, and both roofing jobs went very smoothly. The crew showed up on time, worked in a professional way, and did excellent work from tear-off to final cleanup. Antonio was very helpful with the insurance claim process and kept me updated clearly as things changed, which made the whole project much easier. In the end, we were able to get high-impact shingles installed for about the same cost other roofers were quoting for standard shingles. That was a great value, especially with the strong sun, heat, and storms we deal with in Texas. The workmanship looked solid, the materials were a quality upgrade, and the job site was kept neat throughout the process. Because of how well these roof replacements went, we have already scheduled them to replace the roof on our personal home as well. Based on our experience so far, I would recommend them to anyone needing dependable residential roofing service, insurance claim help, and quality shingle installation.

After storm damage, we needed a roofing crew that could move fast and help us through the insurance process, and they really came through. antonio gave us a quick roof estimate, explained the shingle and flashing work in simple terms, and kept everything easy to understand. When the crew came back, they finished the roofing job quickly and with great attention to detail. They carefully removed the old metal roofing, let us keep the sheet metal, and stacked it neatly off to the side. They also laid down large tarps around the house to protect the yard and landscaping, and they swept the area several times with magnets to pick up nails and metal debris. kaden and the crew showed strong workmanship, replaced a lot of the rotted wood decking under the old roof, and made sure the new system was solid and ready for the Texas heat. Our home went from an older green metal roof to a burnt red sienna shingle roof on our brick house, and the difference is amazing. giovanni was professional, the customer service was excellent, and the whole project felt organized from start to finish. we are extremely happy with the results, and our roof looks great now.

The roofing crew was excellent from start to finish. After a major hail storm, they handled the full roof replacement, gutters, fence staining, garage door staining, and window screens with real care and skill. The workmanship was top quality, and the crew stayed neat, organized, and efficient the whole time. I was surprised that after the new roof was installed, I could not find a single nail left behind. Mateo was very helpful throughout the process. If you need a reliable local roofer in Manchaca, this is the team you want, with solid experience and work they stand behind.

I waited a while before writing this review so I could be sure the roofing work held up, and it absolutely did. They kept their word, the price was very fair, and I finally have the roof I wanted. The shingle color matched the sample board closely, and the finished look really improved the whole house. They also handled the interior painting with good quality and gave great service from start to finish. Mateo and the crew did professional work inside and out. There are no more roof leaks, no more yellow water stains coming back through the ceiling, and the old problems are gone. They fixed the bad-looking old roof, took care of the duct and water dripping issues, repaired nail pops, and stopped the leaky ceilings. In the Texas heat and storms, it feels great to have a solid roof system that looks good and protects the home. I am very grateful and excited every time I pull into my street and see my house. I highly recommend them for roofing and related home repair work because they went above and beyond and delivered quality results all around.

summitguard roofing did a great job on my roof. my house is about 20 years old and the old shingle roof used to have small leaks, plus the hot texas sun had really worn it down over time. the crew gave us a fair price compared to other estimates. they took off the old shingles, replaced several sheets of damaged plywood, and renailed the whole roof deck on our 2700 sq ft home. everything was cleaned up very well after the work. we picked a 5v galvalume metal roof and the materials were delivered right when the work started. even on a big project like this, if something wasn’t quite right, like a small peak in the front that didn’t look the way i wanted, antonio came out quickly to fix it. overall, we are very pleased and would definitely suggest them to anyone needing a strong, reliable new roof in texas.

I can’t say enough good things about SummitGuard Roofing! After a big storm rolled through, we found a leak in our roof. I called, and Mateo got in touch with me really fast. He let me know when he’d be here, and actually showed up even sooner. Mateo was friendly and professional, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we were safe and comfortable. He noticed more storms were coming later in the day, so he made sure to get everything fixed up before then. Whether I need a quick repair or a full roof replacement in the future, I won’t call anyone else.
