These people are not communicative at all—they show up with your house without warning and start before 7AM. These people terrorized my dogs—ridiculous.

Still waiting for my roof to be finished. In it’s current condition when it rains the water goes under the shingles Chris doesn’t return calls before I realized how bad the job was I recommended your Company and Chris to a friend of mine, which they charged her a lot of money and left a hole in her roof. My friend realized her roof wasn’t done correctly when her ceiling was soaked and dripping. I am so disappointed. I spent both government checks on my roof plus insurance money. it’s pretty obvious I don’t have money I just can’t believe someone would treat another human like this. At least she had money to get her job done right. I don’t! So if you want a good review come finished the job. I wish I could show the pictures but I don’t know how. I put over priced because I didn’t get what I paid for. A refund for unfinished work would be nice so I can get it fixed.

Nick is a professional, honest, and timely business owner. He walked me through all the options. I decided to move forward with replacing the roof at my house in West Lake Hills. His crew worked extremely hard and cleaned up after they completed the work. They use a good-quality product, and the price point was fair!

We’re glad Nicholas was able to get out quickly, assess the damage, and get the repair process moving. We recently completed a USAA-approved hail damage roof replacement in Austin, TX 78703. Our inspection documented hail-related impact evidence on the existing roofing system, and USAA ultimately approved a full replacement of the approximately 2,740-square-foot roof. During tear-off, our crew uncovered an unexpected condition: four layers of old roofing felt beneath the shingles. Those layers had to be removed before the roof deck could be fully exposed, inspected, and prepared for the new roofing system. The completed project included: · GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles · New roofing underlayment · New drip edge and valley metal · New pipe jacks, vents, and ridge ventilation · Approx. 192 linear feet of gutters · Approx. 44 linear feet of downspouts 📍 Austin, TX 78703 🏠 Approx. 2,740 sq. ft. 💰 Original project scope: $21,693.32 ➕ Additional felt removal: $2,000 🏁 Final project amount: $23,693.32 If you think your Austin home may have hail damage, Driftwood Builders Roofing can inspect the roof, document what we find, and explain your repair or replacement options. #AustinRoofing #HailDamage #RoofReplacement #GAFRoofing #AustinTX2 days ago
