  Dangerous and unprofessional. Avoid if you have kids or pets We booked them to install gutters on our house. They were more expensive than a number of other quotes but they had the best reviews so we thought it would be worth it. Bad decision. They were terrible to work with at every interaction and endangered our family multiple times. The details: - the day they are scheduled to install the gutters, they are late by a few hours.Things happen. After multiple equipment mishaps, they knock and said they would come back and have completed the following day. - Day two. Work all day long and still not even halfway done. I stop them as theyre pulling out. They didn’t finish but will say they will be back the next day (day 3) and will definitely finish then. - I go check the progress and see they decided to take down my pool fence and never put it back up. We have a toddler. Pool fences are a life saving material and they completely disregarded it. Thank god I made it outside before my child did - Day 3 arrives, no one comes, no one calls. I call the office and ask where the crew is. Told they will sort out out and call me back. The office never calls back. - The weekend arrives and I’m playing outside in the yard with my kid. I see them pick something up and begin to put it in their mouth. I immediately go stop it to find, it is a large sharp metal shared from cutting the gutters to size. I begin to look around closely now to see dozens and dozens of sharp metal chunks scattered throughout my yard. I stopped my child seconds from cutting their mouth or worse and now I have to send them inside so I can clean it all up. - The next week, I have to call them multiple times just to get someone to answer the phone. They then had no answer on when a crew would be out to finish the job. - Fast forward, they finally send a different crew out. I tell them all of the issues we had with safety and cleanliness with the previous crew the last week. The field manager assures me his

  Though I found the sales and scheduling process to be smooth and everyone that I worked with to be professional I was quite disappointed by the lack of cleanup (despite stressing the importance of this when agreeing on the project) - there were dozens of rusty screws and pieces of sharp scrap metal strewn about the portion of the patio beneath the roofline that was repaired (about 30 feet). For one, why are the screws rusted after a week (hopefully these were the old screws)? More importantly, I have small children and dogs that roam around that area and I stepped on a number myself. One or two screws is an honest mistake and should be expected. A few dozen is negligence. Response to owner: I emailed and called you guys several times, and I was away for nearly a month, hence the delay, and the review. Updating to 1-star accordingly as nothing was done despite my offering a simple solution. I also specifically stated that I did not want my credit card information saved and it was anyway. This is a deceptive practice by law. Had you picked up the phone in any of my attempts and resolved the issue you could have gone 2-stars in the other direction but instead you just wasted my time and only reached out AFTER the review was posted (which is why I posted it) - is this genuinely caring about good service or protecting perceived reputation?

  Randy came out on November 30 and provided a very steep estimate compared to the other 3 companies (nearly double). I called and texted on December 4, asking for the itemized estimate due to this. Received a response stating he’ll go through it and see what he can do. Called the company on December 18, and asked to speak to someone else since I still didn’t get a response from Randy. Didn’t get a solution or answers other than explaining that a drip edge was needed for installation, which was still over double than what other companies charge for drip edge. Even with that, the drip edge was only about the fourth of the price. They did say that they’re more expensive than other companies because they have more overhead so won’t be able to do much with the price. I had high hopes for this company due to the financing options (but this might be why they’re more expensive than others). If you’re able to pay upfront for the other companies, you’ll get a better deal and better communication.

  They have been perfectly polite to talk to in trying to get a quote to clean my gutters. Their website says they clean gutters and the person who answered the phone was happy to schedule time with a sales guy to discuss getting my gutters cleaned. Along the way, no one mentioned that they don't do standalone cleanings and the website doesn't mention it either, at least that I could find. However when the sales guy gets here, he informed me that they don't do standalone cleanings. It's perfectly fine to take that stance as a business, but just be transparent about it. Frustrating that we all wasted our time. Everyone was perfectly nice and the sales guy wasn't pushy when I said I wasn't interested in getting gutter guards because we're moving in a year. Please consider putting something more obvious on your website or having your schedulers inform people before sending out a sales guy.

  Wow what can we say. I dont recommend many BUT we are today. Brother's I highly recommend. Professional work it look absolutely beautiful. Its very neatly done and they clean up behind them self. It was awesome and the price is very reasonable. If you need Gutters call the Brothers.

  George and Valentin did an outstanding job installing our new gutter system. The cost was slightly lower than other bids, they were able to come to our home sooner, and communication was always timely and clear. BG comes highly recommended.

  I contacted the “Brothers who just do Gutters” to replace a “problem” gutter system on my home. The Installation team (George and Valentin) did an excellent job, from removal of the old system, installing the new system with drip edges and repair of downspouts, and removal of old system and cleanup. This was particularly hot Texas day and the job took more than 4 hours to complete, but George and Valentin made it look easy from start to finish. Two thumbs way up. Scheduling times for both job quotes and installation was easy, and the staff members were professional, friendly, and made for a great experience.
