We recently had our roof replaced, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. The quality of the work was excellent, but what truly set this company apart was their communication and customer service throughout the project. Special thanks to Jessie, our project manager. While many companies can replace a roof, not every company takes the time to communicate consistently, answer questions promptly, and keep homeowners informed every step of the way. Jessie did exactly that. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the process smooth and stress-free. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, we always felt informed and valued as customers. The crew did a great job, and the company stood behind its work. Most importantly, the experience gave me confidence that if any roofing issues arise in the future, this company will be there to address them promptly and professionally. I look forward to seeing the same level of commitment and customer care should we ever need assistance down the road. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a roof replacement. The workmanship was outstanding, but the level of communication and customer care is what truly sets them apart from the competition.

Summit roofing professionals is an outstanding, professional, and competent company. Their work was accomplished in a timely manner and they cleaned thoroughly after they finished. This company has replaced a roof, built a large wood fence, and replaced 3 air conditioner units all with excellence and at a great price to boot! This business is owned by a combat Veteran (Army Ranger), a true patriot whose continued service to our community as a business owner makes the Phenix City and Columbus Area a better place. Highly recommend 🇺🇸💯🇺🇸
