Best Choice Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Best Choice Roofing.

Very rude and disrespectful, pushing very hard for a sale, even though the process is only a free inspection and quote. The quote was almost double than local roofers from this area. Once I said that to the manager of the branch and the salesman, he proceeded to talk down about the other companies in the area. The manager seemed very desperate and was not professional throughout the process.

Although the installers arrived later than expected, due to the installers prior job before getting to my house, they did a great job getting my attic exhaust fans installed. The team was courteous, quick and thorough. Thanks Ron Lyles for the service

I had a great experience with Deondre Lyles regarding my roof. He provided me with a great quote, was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated his communication and the way he handled everything. If you’re looking for someone you can trust for your roofing needs, I definitely recommend Deondre Lyles!

Great customer service!!!! I spoke with someone named Ron while ordering food and he stuck up a conversation about shingles and while I wasn’t purchasing anything he still walked me through the process of his company and what to avoid from a less than perfect company. We exchanged numbers in case anything does arrive ..😊 …

I talked to Mr. Ron Lyles about getting some estimates on a roof. He did a quick inspection and even though I didn’t have much damage he advised me that my shingles were old and that it would be best to try to replace them before any major damage occurred. He was patient with me and we talked for a while. He was so personable and well versed in the information about roofs.
