The critical reviews

Tried contacting this company twice, left message on their telephone and on Facebook, but got no reply. To not call a person back is about as unprofessional as it can get in business, if you're too busy to do any work right now then fine, call and say so...all good. But to ignore is a completely different story.

Had a leak spring up during a storm before Halloween. Asked a friend at a party if they knew a good roofer and summit came highly recommended. Left a message on their Facebook account and was contacted back that night saying they would be here in the morning. Jake showed up at 9am and found the problem right away, he replaced the bathroom vent cap and was on his way. I should hopefully get another 10 years out of my roof but when its time to replace it know who I'm calling.

Karl is the best! He came out on a Saturday and fixed a leak I had in my roof! He was super friendly, helpful and reasonable! I will definitely be using them in the future!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Summit Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
